Very sketchy app

You must create an account to use this app or you can’t even get past the first screen. Also, the privacy policy for the account you have to create is wildly different from the privacy policy presented on the App Store page. Here’s an excerpt:
“We will collect the information you provide about your health and wellness as you use our Products or engage with the Services.”
Not exactly something I want to see from this type of app. I’m sure the devs will respond explaining how this data collection is harmless, but I actually only want to know one thing… if it’s no big deal why don’t you disclose it on the App Store? Cuz right now it seems like the whole app is structured so as to hide the real data collection practices
Amazing customer support

Easy app to use, when using the bathroom isn’t! Recently started having issues with el numero dos due to surgeries and medication complications, and started not remembering when the last time I went to the outhouse with a puzzle book and time to kill. Decided for my health and sanity I needed to track my skat and decided on Balloon: Gut Health Coach. So the amazing customer support came into play today when I realized I neglected to collect my data from yesterday and being full of poo I couldn’t see a way to retroactively add a poo. Reached out to customer support and Grace showed me how to handle my business with ease, that is logging a past poo! Needless to say I’m less full of it today that I was last week! Thank you for showing me grace, Grace!

i love this app so much. a few months ago, i struggled really bad with keeping track of my bowel movements when i was extremely backed up. this helps me remember exactly when i’ve gone and what it was like. so useful, easy to use, and visually pleasing.
seriously saved my tummy! might just be a coincidence, but since downloading this app i’ve had improvements ;)
