The reason why you can’t use your regular password for BigLots is because BigLots is actually instacart. 😒

My log in credentials for website don’t work on BigLots .

I keep trying to log in and it keeps telling me I already have an account, which I do. I can log in on the website but not BigLots .

As the title says, this is not an app to use the Big Lots website in a mobile version. This simply logs you into an Instacart account that it forces you to create if you don’t have one. It will not log you into your Big Lots account, which is only accessible in an online browser. I am not sure if this is because Big Lots went bankrupt and maybe Instacart acquired it? Either way,this is a useless app and is falsely titled.

One time a few years ago I went to use the Big Lots App and it opened up to a Michael Jordan Website?!? I deleted it and waited about a year to download it again. It was all good and working until just recently…..now it opens to InstaCart?! What happened to the Big Lots Reward App?! Am I missing something? Was BigLots ever actually affiliated with Big Lots Rewards or am I just imagining it? I don’t use InstaCart and if I did it would not be from Big Lots!

I had the same issue and many others. I downloaded and tried to sign in, but kept getting an error saying the email was invalid. Then it turned out to be an Instacart sign up. Makes zero sense. I suddenly got fearful I DL’d a fraudulent app so I quickly deleted it. I’m bummed. I go to Big Lots website many times daily so I was hoping for BigLots to be a bit easier than having to constantly sign in again like in the browser. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. Weird and messed up

BigLots is horrible. It’s literally Instacart. Pretty much Instacart disguised as big lots. Other store apps are simple to use, you can order online and browse. BigLots should have been how the site is but an app version. I guess I will stick to getting on by the site. Trash app.

The original app was awful. Could never complete logging in without an ad interrupting. Recently I couldn’t reach the login screen at all, only a solid white screen, so I deleted BigLots and reinstalled. Now it’s nothing but an Instacart app which I don’t want and will delete. It doesn’t even show the card or show rewards and discounts, notifications of which are sent to me everyday. Bottomline, it’s a terrible app. Come on, Big Lots, spend some money on a worthwhile app!!

No matter how much you spend there no rewards are added you can’t ever get to them there are no deal I’m gettin really upset

Why is Instacart embedded in Big Lots app. I want to use my store discount but can’t find in app because it only shows me grocery’s. Disappointing

All BigLots is good for is online grocery. Its insta cart for big lots. No other items show, not even items only sold online. What a joke.

So I just created an account for Big Lots at the store come home to create a password for my account so decide to download BigLots , so I logged in with the new password and it gives me an error and doesn’t let me log in … so I try several time and it locks me out but to my surprise why is it telling me unlocked out of my instacart account?!?! What… I don’t even have an instacart account I thought this was Big Lots app?

I was having trouble with the old Big Lots app so I deleted it & downloaded this one. This one is even worse. When you do a search, it gives you a bunch of things that aren’t what you searched for.

Uncancelable popup ads every 30 seconds makes BigLots totally unusable. Had used BigLots for years, now deleted.

they only have one option for laundry detergent and one option for conditioner and no shampoo that doesn't make sense

Impossible to shop because of all the ad interruptions. Not worth it.

I’m not able to get into the store app. I can not get to the coupons, or my account for rewards.

Title says it all. Can’t get into my account and have no clear options to correct it! Not worth the effort $

If this is the true app then I’m shopping with the wrong merchant. No true connection between brick & mortar, online shopping, and BigLots. 3rd party Ads + no account data = one lost customer

I’m using the same credentials as the desktop website and it says invalid email. If I sign up for a new account in BigLots , then I can’t login with those new credentials on the desktop. BigLots is unusable.

BigLots is so frustrating and not usable at all!! Approximately every minute, an add for some random app will pop up and take up the whole screen, and you have to wait a few seconds before you can close it. You think that’s it, then a minute later another add will pop up. It never ends. You CAN NOT use BigLots without the constant interruptions, making it worthless to use and buy anything from the actual Big Lots store.

The login keeps giving login error. Please! Fix your app it’s the right information but keeps giving error.

For some reason my login on the website works fine but not on BigLots ? It prompts me to make a new account which makes no sense…

App says invalid email when it is obviously no invalid since I can sign into the Big Lots website online. Waste of time junk app.

I thought I was doing something wrong but now I see it’s not just me. My login doesn’t work on BigLots even while logged in on laptop. Tried using the phone link and that didn’t work either. So frustrating 😒

Doesn’t feel like it shows me everything in the store. This looks like some Instacart side job.

Can log in with the website but not BigLots

Downloaded it only to be told my correct email address was “invalid” and to enter a valid email. It wouldn’t let me do anything at all and kept prompting me to “become a shopper” for instacart. Really weird!

Please put a rewards tab in BigLots !
It will be so much easier for us to pull up and get our savings.
