Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever ProxMate app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix ProxMate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ProxMate app on iPhone
Update ProxMate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ProxMate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ProxMate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ProxMate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix ProxMate not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ProxMate app issues:

Force Stop the ProxMate App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ProxMate app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ProxMate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ProxMate App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ProxMate app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ProxMate.

Fix ProxMate unable to contact server/ ProxMate internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ProxMate » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ProxMate » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ProxMate on android.
