How to fix ProxMate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ProxMate app on iPhone
Update ProxMate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ProxMate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ProxMate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ProxMate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ProxMate Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ProxMate not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ProxMate App
1. On android, goto Settings » ProxMate » click [Force Stop]

Update ProxMate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ProxMate App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ProxMate » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ProxMate.

Fix ProxMate unable to contact server/ ProxMate internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ProxMate » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ProxMate » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ProxMate
