How to fix AirPro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AirPro app on iPhone
Update AirPro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AirPro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AirPro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AirPro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AirPro Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AirPro not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AirPro App
1. On android, goto Settings » AirPro » click [Force Stop]

Update AirPro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AirPro App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AirPro » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AirPro.

Fix AirPro unable to contact server/ AirPro internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AirPro » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AirPro » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
