I have a crystal so I downloaded CrystalIdentifier I used the picture thing to find out what it’s worth and called it’s just said photo tips and something else nothing esle

The second i go CrystalIdentifier i got an add to get a membership for the game and right after when i pressed skip it gave me another add and when i could finally scan my stone to see the price and what my stone was it asked if I wanted a premium membership and when i pressed no then it said i cloud not see the type and price.

I got CrystalIdentifier because I found an interesting crystal and when I used it it would say go to the light and when I did it said your area is too dark like no it isn’t! 1 star

This game makes you pay money just to see the price of whatever rock or crystal you have. I do not recommend buying this game. It is a useless waste of time.

CrystalIdentifier is fake. First, the only thing free is downloading CrystalIdentifier . Second, if you want to use CrystalIdentifier with any simplicity, you have to pay a subscription to remove the adds. Third, all features you need to use CrystalIdentifier with require you to buy them, upgrade your use, or start the subscription. Fourth, CrystalIdentifier will give you the first three days free to use (with no active features unless you subscribe or buy them), then you must subscribe. As with most all third rate apps allowed on the Apple Store, CrystalIdentifier is click bate and not at all what they claim it is. After using it, it still will not identify my wife’s rose quartz stone, my sapphire stone or my emerald stone. All of which are used in it advertisement. I would not suggest downloading CrystalIdentifier to anyone unless they fix it to actually identify minerals and gems. Plus they could just charge a one time fee to download CrystalIdentifier with a minimal cost and that would be good for whoever would like to use it.

Why would I pay for something I can’t even see work it just shows ads

I said to put my email than my first and last name and there I thought it was getting weird then it asked for a credit card account now which would be very weird because it’s a free game. Why would you need a credit card account? You need to buy expensive subscriptions just to USE CrystalIdentifier , second very glitchy and misspelling. Don’t fall for the adds. And don’t respond to me with “Oh, use better lighting or the free trial 🗣️🗣️” man shut up. Fox your stupid app and stop asking me to rate this junk. Plus, STOP WITH THE ADDS! THERES more adds then a garbage mobile game. So yes don’t respond to me unless it’s for a good reason. (Your responses sound like a bot typing)

I tried to use it but I have to pay I have lots of gems so this bums me out. CrystalIdentifier u would have to pay and it doesn't even show you it I saw CrystalIdentifier on yt shorts and I was expecting a large amount of money but it WOULD NOT SHOW ME SO DO NOT GET CrystalIdentifier

So I was trying to play and then it said I needed premium just to find out the cost of one rock and it cost about $30 a month for no reason justified rocks I literally just thought this would actually be fun that are millions and a bunch of money. This is just the worst game I’ve ever seen.

CrystalIdentifier doesn’t work and is too high priced it said it was $7.99 a month and it charged my account $33.00. Don’t use CrystalIdentifier!

I've tried to identify this copper that I have so many times and it says that Its something wrong with the photo

Well first of all it costs 30$ a month and second it’s fake I’ve been collecting geodes and different types of rocks and minerals I know my stuff I wanted to see if this was real well surprise it’s fake I tested I took a random screenshot and had it analyzed by CrystalIdentifier it said geod and then I scanned a actual geode and it said granite before you ask if the geode is a granite shell it’s not it’s sandstone and I scanned the inside as well it’s random if you want a real analyzer look up mineral rock analyzer that’s a real one I do my research your phone camera doesn’t have the technology to do such a thing I rate this a negative 2 to bad I can only get one star😒

I have taken over 15 photos of stones that I know what they are and CrystalIdentifier has misidentified every stone. I don't have pyrite yet that's what CrystalIdentifier has identified every stone as NOT I DONT HAVE FOOLS GOLD AT ALL. IT IDENTIFIED A 2CT DIAMONDS FOOLS GOLD SMH WHAT A PIECE OF JUNK ......WORTHLESS APP

Values are super vague. Can’t tell the difference between a citrine (yellow) and a diamond (clear) and a black onyx (black).

I tested the same rock on different surfaces and it got the rock different every time

so first i just cancelled the free trial it gets the crystals wrong, every time i press something i get an ad and it is a big amount of money for something that doesn’t work when i accidentally took a picture of a plant it said it was an amethyst i would give it 0.1 stars but i cant

Like bro, I’ve been taking a clear pictures of it. Perfect pictures everything and it says no that’s wrong. This is like the worst app ever I would personally, I would not think I’ll get it if I were you my honest truth.

I am pretty good with pictures... took FOURTEEN different images if a very large diamond, and CrystalIdentifier would not accept a single image.
