Trying iCardiac but decided to cancel the subscription. Spent an hour unable to find a way to cancel the subscriptions please help
by HUKABUK
I was misled by the commercial that they have for iCardiac. They made it seem like you could take your blood pressure with your phone. That was the main reason that I wanted to app. So when I tried to free subscription. It took the money straight out of my account as soon as I hit the free subscription button. Now I can’t get my money back. The makers of iCardiac should be ashamed for leading people and taking their money and lying about the free three day trial.
by Crankyonenow
The ads on Facebook clearly shows a person putting a phone on their wrist and immediately the three measurements, heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen, pop up on the phone. That leads anyone to believe that those three values are read by and then displayed by iCardiac and therefore iCardiac can be used as a screen to predict an impending heart attack. The ad is very clear. iCardiac is not what is advertised.
by Nonostantelei
I have no use for this. A waste of my money. And I’m trying to cancel iCardiac but it does not give an option to cancel and the continue to take money out of my checking account. No customer service. When I write to their e mail I don’t get a response. I do not like iCardiac
by 00tmb
iCardiac is not what you think it would be. Once you do the trial you are trapped into the subscription. If there is a a way to cancel you will not be able to find it. I emailed them to ask for them to please cancel my subscription and never heard back from them.
by NonRev01
iCardiac makes it hard to cancel. They make it sound like it’s very easy to cancel in settings. Truth be told, it’s hidden. I still cant find it. I installed iCardiac thinking it was something else. Now, with auto renew, I’ll be paying till I figure it out.
by Artdecolosangeles
What kind of crooks they are. They clearly indicate that we can cancel anytime from the settings, but genre is absolutely no way to cancel from iCardiac . Do I have to waste my time to dispute the payments because iCardiac developer is a crook??
by Porks Wife
You do not have a contact number or email for me to contact you and I cannot find it in any of the information you have provided. This I am dissatisfied with you as a company. Also it does not do what I expected the program to do.
by No 1975
Completely non-accurate when compared to measurements from an actual blood pressure cuff disappointed in this and you’re charging for it that makes it even worse
by Gcox90
Please do not download or spend money on iCardiac to check your vitals. Buy an Apple Watch and a blood pressure monitor if you have to keep check on your vitals. My Apple Watch read 72bpm on my heart rate, and iCardiac was telling me my heart rate was 116bpm. I was sitting down while doing it. I do have tachycardia, but I’m not moving around etc rn. Also, if you can’t afford an Apple Watch (which is understandable in the times we are in right now) you can also measure your heart rate by feeling your pulse in your neck counting beats up too 15 seconds and then times how many beats you counted by 4. That’s a way more accurate way than iCardiac.

Ads show again and again that iCardiac works to take blood pressure. It even goes so far as to show people throwing away their blood pressure machine. Then you find out that the truth is that you need take your blood pressure elsewhere and then it gives you a platform to log it in manually. What a complete scam this is. I hope Apple has the good sense to remove this trash from their App Store.

Checked my heart rate 3 times with this compared to doing it myself and it has my bpm 10 less than what I’m getting myself
by Senior Chief Lou
I installed iCardiac to try the free 3 day trial. On the third day, I tried to cancel and there is no option to cancel anywhere. There is an option to renew my subscription, but no option to cancel the trial. Reporting this to my bank and to Apple!!!
by I Want Out$$$????
I want to cancel this I don’t like it I don’t want to use it I don’t want to pay for it I don’t like that it hurt my arm please cancel it I just subscribed 5 minutes ago and I don’t want 3 free days or anything please unsubscribe me now Thank you
by Louirawr
I only downloaded iCardiac to write this review. Do not fall for their scam, they have ads on social media showing a person putting the phone up to their wrist and 3 readings will pop out INCLUDING Blood Pressure, which is not possible.
Anyone who calls them out gets this message commented on their review, by their damage control intern:
“There may have been a mistake, as we do not provide any ads claiming that our app can measure blood pressure.”
Please stop the lying.

I’m 51 and my heart age is 52 according to iCardiac. When I change my date of birth to make me 25, my heart age according to the measurement is 27!! lol what a scam!!! As a 51 year old, I’m glad my heart age is 27 according to iCardiac !! Don’t waste your money! Give the free trail a go then unsubscribe!
by TreyonM
There is no way to cancel this subscription. I need my subscription canceled immediately App does not provide a way to cancel nor is there a customer service phone number.
by Ezlimitz
It only tells you your pulse. It’s a total lie about blood pressure and oxygen. It doesn’t measure them. You can save the info if you go buy a BP or 02 monitor but this doesn’t measure them. Total scam
by Lizzyinthesun
Tried to use iCardiac for over 20 minutes. It never gave a reading. I have tried others had no issues. This does not work.
by Disappointed252
After purchasing iCardiac for almost $40, it appears to measure your pulse/heart rate only and nothing else.
I hope I'm wrong and there are more heart measurements offered, but so far heart rate is the only item I have found available to measure. iCardiac seems to provide a place to enter your blood pressure and oxygen level readings but only for documentation purposes - those measurements require external devices and the results can then be entered into iCardiac for record keeping. Very disappointing so far. Will keep searching throughout iCardiac .

I subscribed using a 3 day trial. However, I was charged the same day as the day I signed up on August 23rd. So, I cancelled the subscription and I am still being charged for something that was to be cancelled due to this company not keeping their end of the bargain and allowing me 3 days to try their product.
by Crypto012
No way to cancel the subscription
by Osc000
I can believe they allow this type of apps in here they are a scam!

The only function I can get to work is the heart rate. I thought I could get a full set of vital signs. Not worth the purchase.
by Doulaven
The picture showed people getting rid of their blood pressure monitor and using this electronic method but after signing up I realize it only monitors my heart rate! Pop up ads are everywhere and the arrow to continue is small at the very top so you sign up for something else before you realize it. No clear way to cancel the service!
by Hdsucks@24
This is NOT free to use there is a 40.00 subscription charge.
by Spr2018
I did the free 3 day trial. iCardiac was on point with my heart rate. I have a pacemaker with a heart rate set at 70 and the monitor is pretty dead on. As for the blood pressure which is something else I am in need of, was not included. The age shows both heart rate and blood pressure readings when the phone is placed on the wrist. iCardiac does work on the wrist but designed to work with your index finger over the phone’s camera lens. Its false advertisement in my book. The company needs to change how they are advertising their product.
by Hggdeedfuiibv
The blood pressure reading is wrong. It gives me the same pressure every time and it’s way way lower than what my other monitor and what the doctor says.
I sent several request to cancel my subscription, but there’s no reply and nobody gets back to me.
Please cancel my weekly subscription
by PD123ub
Doesn’t take blood pressure
by Amyinpdx77
Im a healthy vegan athlete. Your app informed me that my heart age is higher than my actual age but that’s impossible. I have low cholesterol and eat a very healthy diet, exercise daily, don’t smoke or drink alcohol. I think your assumption is incorrect. Making assumptions about a person isn’t a useful function.
by Ananth79
But…iCardiac subscription options are so confusing. There is no clarity or info around difference between premium and pro plans. With so many subscription options and unclear info on differences between them, even though the data is good, I’m sure there are potential customers like me that may not have signed up for ongoing subscriptions. iCardiac is quite user friendly and provides good info.

Maybe you will have a better experience with your iPhone than me with my Pro Max 15. Even the smallest errors can be a problem because it’s only one of many issues that needs to be fixed! My best example is trying to pair it with Health / Heart through Bluetooth was never successful! I feel the problem was just a software update glitch, a problem that’s happening too often!
I think all the problems could easily be avoided if they just kept up with each iPhone updates. I’ll bet the iPhone 14 users will be happy but is this a sign of things happening again and again? I’m not willing to take the chance, I’m just really tired of this issue happening again and again with other apps! Good Luck!

I like it but I can’t really understand how it works do u have to have a blood pressure cuff for your phone some how or what and I know it says you can go to your account to cancel it but there is no way to do that after the 3 day free trial and I’m afraid it will charge my account , so can u help me with this so that it won’t. Thanks

Good for people who have cardio issues like myself easy to use.

Very impressive. I’m not one to stay with a app like this. I like it and I’m going to try to keep doing the daily data.
Good job

I love iCardiac! Its got everything I need to keep track of my heart rate, my stress levels, and what I really love about iCardiac is it tells me what age my heart is after answering a few questions. Additionally, Ever since Ive been meditating and doing Dr.Joe Dispenza’s work and the Heartmathe institu my HRV has become extremely important to me and iCardiac gives me (and you) the HRV numbers without having to purchase any additional HRV device, ( which are not cheap) saving me money in the long run, which I love!
Kudos to the developers, Bravo! Bravo!

I’m giving iCardiac a five stars. I didn’t know that my heart age was a year older than me. I have a family history of cardiovascular disease so I’m a little bit worried. 😥
