I accidentally downloaded your app from the Apple Store and paid the $39 annual fee only to find out. This was not the right app for the cardio device that I bought, can you refund my subscription plan as I can’t use it, this was downloaded and paid With my Visa through the Apple Store today April 1 at approximately 1630 hours Pacific time
I have iCardiac heart monitor and the Blood pressure app does not work or do anything. The pulse portion and every else works but the blood pressure stays blank. Is it supposed to work with my apple watch or am I supposed to take my blood pressure with a BP Cuff BP meter and then record it in the app. Other than this te app works great!
I wan to cancel this subscription. It is completely not accurate. Someone could have a heart attack, like me, using this app. what do I need to do to cancel this trial period immediately. Thank you. Please confirm the trial period is not acceptable and I am requesting immediate cancellation.

The ads on Facebook clearly shows a person putting a phone on their wrist and immediately the three measurements, heart rate, blood pressure, and blood oxygen, pop up on the phone. That leads anyone to believe that those three values are read by and then displayed by the app and therefore the app can be used as a screen to predict an impending heart attack. The ad is very clear. The app is not what is advertised.

This app makes it hard to cancel. They make it sound like it’s very easy to cancel in settings. Truth be told, it’s hidden. I still cant find it. I installed this app thinking it was something else. Now, with auto renew, I’ll be paying till I figure it out.

What kind of crooks they are. They clearly indicate that we can cancel anytime from the settings, but genre is absolutely no way to cancel from the app. Do I have to waste my time to dispute the payments because this app developer is a crook??
