Terrible service and Not even real

Been on the app since 2023 and have played over 10 contests. After winning a couple I gained $68 and when going to withdraw I was prompted to verify my identity which I tried to do and didn't work. Ok. Contacted support and took MONTHS to get verified and after all that I go to withdraw and wait over 3 WEEKS and nothing. Not to mention the lack of contests you're lucky to get 1 a week. Not worth the stress definitely would be good if they paid out!
