Can’t even withdrawl my money I contacted support still haven’t got an answer

I cannot access SmackTok since I am locked outside of my account

SmackTok has been telling me no contest since I downloaded about 2 weeks ago. Reached out to customer support and have yet to hear back. Waste of time!!!!

Been on SmackTok since 2023 and have played over 10 contests. After winning a couple I gained $68 and when going to withdraw I was prompted to verify my identity which I tried to do and didn't work. Ok. Contacted support and took MONTHS to get verified and after all that I go to withdraw and wait over 3 WEEKS and nothing. Not to mention the lack of contests you're lucky to get 1 a week. Not worth the stress definitely would be good if they paid out!

If I could give this Zero stars I would they don’t let u withdrawl support gets back to u in a week and still doesn’t help with what ur asking I been waiting 3 weeks and have not received my money Dont Trust SmackTok

SmackTok would be great if you could actually verify your account to get your winnings. It’s a scam don’t waste your time
