fun at first but terrible qol

a genuinely fun game until you realize the major discrepancies between global and korean server. the packages are expensive and the cost to increase inventory/pet slots is vastly different b/w servers. in KR they switch between costing gold and gems but global is gems only. the 10th pet slot is 90 gems. you only get 2 free gems a day from dailies, so either you save for 45 days or throw down $8 USD :) not only that but their customer service is horrendous. slow or non existent response times EVEN IF real life money is involved. lack of accountability, etc. go ahead and play this game if you vow to not spend money because it seriously blows.

It has the potential to be one of the best mobile games..

So when this game first came out, I was sooo excited. I’m the one who created the first WTMH Facebook group and Reddit. I wanted to form a community for a game that I thought was going to be so fun. And it’s fun to an extent for f2p players. The balloon event however, is not friendly to free to play players at all! Without spending money you don’t even get to the first prize. It makes the game not fun at all. I don’t know about others, but I am more willing to support and spend money on a game when they also give to their players and sadly this game doesn’t do that at all. There hasn’t been any log in events or in game events where we get free exclusive furniture but besides maybe one. Free to play players don’t have much excitement to look forward to, since we can’t even look forward to the balloon event.

Cute but…

Inventory space is my biggest issue! Why is that even a thing?? It’s hard to earn gems and instead of saving diligently for the outfit gacha, it has to be spent to increase inventory space by 4… or else delete ur items to make room for crafting quests. It feels like I’m going backwards in progress.

AND NOW you guys made an event where we need inventory space?? How can I craft the valentine chocolates without spending more than I have to increase inventory space?

Few bugs here and there, but manageable. Every time I collect wood, a popup comes up asking if I want to buy another tree despite having maxed the amount of trees. It only happens for the pine trees.

Also I have a quest to get in hot air balloon expeditions. No idea how to even get there. Tutorial is lacking because me and fellow players keep asking how to find things.

Sorry but I don’t see myself staying long. :(

Cute but Costly

I really enjoy the game, from its aesthetics to its gameplay, however, the price of the gems you need to buy things: more storage, faster game progression, and clothes/furniture is too much! You’ll spend 78 gems for a rug which is equivalent to $6! Mind you, this is just a rug! $100 gives you only 1250 in gems. I like the game but I’m definitely not going to waste my money just because it’s cute. Adjust the pricing and then I’s consider.

Cute but needs way more improvement

Overall the game is cute with characters but it has a major downside to the quest/objectives such as it’ll ask you to complete a task that requires you to be of a higher level when you’re at a lower level such as an example: you’re at level 10 and you need to be at level 16 in order to complete the task to unlock the equipments or do upgrades Depending on the equipment. You would have to grinding the points to get so far to unlock more space. Also the storage space isn’t the best. And it’s impossible to join a guild I applied a couple times and got rejected so gave up. Still I do like it but maybe not for the long run because it is expensive…

Perfect Cozy Game.. Almost

This is a such a fun and cute cozy game! You don’t run out of things to do and the music is so like and everything is soooo cute! My only problem is that I spent $2(yes real money) on a bundle which said it included Supernova tickets alongside the female AND male mushroom outfits and I got the tickets but BOTH outfits never appeared in my inventory/wardrobe, which kinda put a damper on the whole way that I felt about this game.. hope for it to be fixed soon

Cute but too long to relog

Been playing this game from the kakao korean version, brings me nostalgia feeling of playing this same game again one day. Saw that WelcometoMyHome was out on the 18th of January this year, I was excited. Made an account with my icloud that connects to my iphone already until WelcometoMyHome was causing problems of logging in, then I accidently deleted my account with my character that I just made! And then, I saw the game app was available to reinstall today than the expected date on the 23rd. It still says 'you have left the game' everytime I tried to connect with my icloud account.

Beautiful but glitchy

Game should last you about 7 days. Guilds are somewhat impossible to get into. Love the pets though. Visuals are glitchy from time to time, needs a lot of work from the tech team. Art team great though. Would be nice if it were easier to mine stuff and I never understood how to fulfill requests. Inflation is a problem; money sink of pet treats is good but not quite enough. Maybe have Robin’s shop sell mining stuff all the time (like the leather) for high amounts of coin.

Cute

This game is super cute. It’s nice that they don’t expect you to be on it all day. Love the graphics and foforest friends are awesome. The game could be majorly improved by developers if they made machine upgrades quicker. Some upgrades take two days. Also the amount or resources needed to complete a task is overwhelmingly off balance.
It takes way to long to mine resources compared to what’s needed to produce a craft item. I also think locks on food are rude. It’s a game called welcome to my home that encourages you to eat food and collect hearts, but in some cases food is off limits.

Valentine’s Day issues?

For some reason I’ve only gotten two Valentine’s Day event quests. I just turned level 21 and I’m dwindling down to only having two active quests and not getting anymore…?

Otherwise I love this game. Very cute and simple, but engaging enough to want to keep playing.

I love this game

I love this game. It is very cute. However, there is time counting error on the crops. For example, cotton has 15 minutes of waiting period to grow. When you come back anytime after 15 minutes or longer, all your cottons are still having 14 minutes and several seconds….please fix. Cottons consume a lot!!!!!!!!

Cute But Needs Details

This game is pretty cute, but I cannot figure out how to do hot air balloon exploration, sell to interior design inspectors , etc., so it’s challenging to advance with the lack of direction.

Cute game

I like this game, it's perfectly suited to my taste and I've been looking for a game like it for a while, the only thing I didn't like is that there's no storage Boxes, i always find boxes in similar games but here I'm not sure if there was one cuz i didn't find one, the inventory is really annoying, all my gems went to the expanded it so I didn't enjoy the game that much and I started to get bored of it when I reached level 20

Good but

I love this game a lot. There’s so many cute little things for your house and your character! My only issue is with the in-game storage. You start with an inventory space of 20. That’s literally your max. You can get more by using diamonds, but it only adds 4 spaces. Not to mention that there’s no other storage. All you have is your inventory. If this game let you have a, for example, basement with a max storage of 100, I think players would love it a lot more. A basement and the inventory would let you save things for future use.

Cute and cozy

This game was recommended on Facebook and I have been addicted for about 2 weeks I’m on lvl 18 and have over 2mil coins and 80 storage. It’s a daily grinding type of game but the great thing is all the crafting is fast so far and I’ve been able to level up by complete quests and helping the little neighbors. The online community is cool, you have other people who can follow you and interact with your workshop and leave you messages. Overall great game. Wish I could have more options of buying clothes or furniture with my coins.

Game is cute however

The higher you get leveling up the more you’ll have to craft and each request becomes harder and harder, you literally have to buy gems just to restock space which is dumb, and a lot of items in the game are way to expensive, I also hate how they give you quests to do knowing you are no where near on that level yet to even complete the quest which is really dumb.

Current Review (Revised!)

First of all, the game has been incredible since its release date. For past several months, the game has been glitched with bugs, issues, and the lack of customer support. The hope for this game was thin at the time. However, WTMH went through some major changes - adding customer support team and taking players’ feedback in consideration. They even went this far to establish a Discord server and interact with players for easier communication. I have no words to describe how grateful and thrilled I am to see this. It is shocking to think that this game is almost one year old. I am looking forward to what the WTMH team is working on for this game in the future! WTMH team, we truly appreciate the time and effort you've invested in bringing this game to life!

Fun Cozy Game

Would love to continue playing but update not available in my region (US).

Edit after Update: So, the update finally reached the US. Everything is up and running again. This is a clicking game, yet the game is pretty addictive. I just wished that all the good stuff didn’t cost gems. I understand that’s how they make money, but overtime that may kill the game for me.

Amazing. Absolutely amazing.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for a game, but this one is amazing. It’s cute and adorable and chill, the community is amazing, but more than that, the devs and customer service team, through the game or their discord, are kind and responsive. They listen and they help. It’s unlike anything I’ve seen before. And recently they have really made an effort to better things for new players and the f2p crowd. That being said. I have spent a decent amount myself, things can be pricey, but I don’t mind, I pick and choose what I think is worth my money, and am happy to support this game and the team. Very very impressed.

Great game that deserves more attention!! 🩷

I’m so glad I stumbled upon this gem! It is exactly what I’ve been looking for! This game is so cute and gives you so much to do whether it is crafting products, decorating your home, completing missions, and expanding your adorable little island. You can customize your character with outfits and hairstyles and you can even dye these different colors! There’s also pets to collect! While there are micro transactions like in any free to play game, paying isn’t required and there’s lots of things you can get for free. There’s no ads and while crops and animals take a little time to produce goods, the crafting items takes no time at all! You can even craft food and furniture that you can place in your house and interact with! I can literally play this game for hours without getting bored. Of all the farm games I have played (and I have played MANY) this is by far the best one! I hope it gets the love and attention it deserves.

If there is one negative thing however, I would have to say it is the inventory management. If you’re not careful your inventory can easily get full making it very annoying to fill orders and complete missions. Thankfully you can always sell things to free up some room or use gems to expand the inventory but it is definitely something you will have to keep an eye on.
