They don’t update
I been waiting 2 hours and cannot get an update other than my case was assigned to a provider and allow a 2 hour turnaround.

TERRIBLE
The app is clunky. Poor design. It’s been 48 hours since I submitted a request to see a doctor, and I still haven’t received a confirmed appointment. Nothing but excuses from the call center in a foreign country. They’ve gladly taken my money and don’t seem to intend to deliver services. Oh, and you don’t get refunds. You only get credits for future service. Do not use. Try another provider. “Caveat emptor. Let the buyer be aware.”
