I hate when groups try to do shady tactics for money. CallOnDoc in the process never says they only fill 30 day supplies and also never says up front obvious that they won’t fill multiple drugs in a dermatologist visit. Its all just a money grab to run it like that. You think I should pay $45 per each of all the drugs I need on a monthly basis that I have refilled for years? Ridiculous. Do NOT use CallOnDoc or pay these people.
If you are interested in your health then this service will not help you. Can’t get to your doctor and need drugs (highlight all caps) then I’m sure you’ll find this most helpful. Ever watch The tv show HOUSE! Then understand they haven’t a clue how to help. BTW. The cdc on pg 286 stated and in quote for cvd19 never isolated, never proved it, etc. Simple science if you can’t isolate it it is a guessing game. No one knew. It matched radiation poisoning under a microscope. They were told not touch that subject. Instead…guess and vote then tell everyone to go off that. Lives were lost because they couldn’t touch the real matter. Or look at it.

And NEVER EVER lost a patient EVER UNLESS the went to chemo or radiation before seeing him. He, by the numbers was -#1 curer and cured the most people because drugs is not your answer. Drs. get kickbacks on drugs they suggest. Their information comes from limited time to investigate and trust sales people on drugs. A pharm rep sales person makes easy $230k and upwards $1m with bonuses to SELL drugs. No one is getting you real answers unless they dope you up. At a pharmaceutical annual party they laugh about what they tell doctors and hospitals about the drug they push. True story. I was at such an event. Then they want to hand out those freebies in their pockets with no license to do so to those standing in the room during their event.
I been waiting 2 hours and cannot get an update other than my case was assigned to a provider and allow a 2 hour turnaround.
CallOnDoc is clunky. Poor design.
It’s been 48 hours since I submitted a request to see a doctor, and I still haven’t received a confirmed appointment. Nothing but excuses from the call center in a foreign country.
They’ve gladly taken my money and don’t seem to intend to deliver services. Oh, and you don’t get refunds. You only get credits for future service.
Do not use. Try another provider.

They make it easy to sign up. But if they send a script in and there is a prior authorization required they charge $50 to answer the questions so that insurance will cover the medication. TOTAL RIP OFF. Thought I was doing right by expediting the visit and going online since I knew that my son had a skin rash and needed some type of medication to clear it up. Now I’m out the fee for the visit and I still have to wait to get in with the primary for a rash. Shame on this company for misleading people.

So much I can say about this service and all positive! I have used this service about 5 times and had a good experience each time! I work 12-14 hour days in healthcare and so getting to the doctors office right away isn’t doable or convenient with my schedule. I have tried other services like this that were expensive and took a lot of time to get reply’s and prescriptions. This one is affordable and on point with replying and treatment! Will be using this service when needed! The best
They worked hard helping me deal with getting prior authorization from my insurance then getting alternative meds when what was prescribed was seriously back ordered. I travel for work so this is seriously the best way for simple medical care when your only home 4 days a month. And when I can get into my regular PCP they work well with the noted treatment plans and makes a great team. I appreciate their hard work in dealing with insurance and helping to make it happen.

I was frustrated that all those treatments over the counter were not helping me much. I got tired of spending in products that were not doing much. I decided to Google and see if I could get a prescription for my ugly cold sore and I did through CallOnDoc. I was within hours I was prescribed and the following day I picked up in my nearest pharmacy. I highly recommended it. My cold sore only lasted one week. Yes, one week! And I couldn’t believe it. Anyhow, CallOnDoc and their service is awesome! I highly recommended it.
My child got strep on Memorial Day weekend and I was stressing getting her antibiotics. I googled online DR for a child and found CallOnDoc. I downloaded, signed up, and within 10 mins of answering their questions and uploading pictures the prescription was sent. As someone with severe anxiety and stress issues, this was so easy!!! Definitely recommend! It only cost me $35, not including the prescription. I will be using them again if the need arises!
I was in a bind with my schedule and needed some medicine for a sinus infection and found this in my Google search. Very detailed, quick, easy, and a great price! I have told my family and friends about this service to have on deck as an option if they’re in need. I love that there was no virtual appt because sometimes those are stressful. They also sent me a coupon code for my medicine and I saved $8! I had my medicine called in with-in 30 minutes and visit and meds totaled to $44! If I would of gone to the Doctor with my insurance, it would have been $264….$164 at urgent care and both of those places would of had a wait time up to 3 hours (from what we’ve experienced before). Contacted CareMD 14 hours ago and still haven’t heard from them and they wouldn’t respond to live chat. I got angry and contacted this service and had a prescription called in within 20 min of contacting them! Why I didn’t go with this company to begin with is the big question! Highly recommend! So happy :)
My insurance covers LiveHealthOnline, which is garbage and unhelpful. I was able to get the antibiotic I needed without speaking to anyone or waiting long at all! I called the pharmacy to make sure it was there and it was. Well worth the $$ to not have to go sit at a walk in clinic for an hour to get the script I already know I needed!! THANK YOU. I will always use CallOnDoc when I need help fast.
Was hesitant but figured it was worth a shot rather than drive far and wait hours at urgent care. So glad I did. Saved me half a day and the process was absolutely seamless from start to finish. The dashboard makes it so easy to see the process in real time and completed so much sooner than I expected, especially on a Saturday. Could not be more thankful that their service exists. Already starting to feel better!

I was given antibiotic but symptoms returned later than 10 days after the original visit so they wanted me to start a new visit. If I could afford a new visit I would see my primary care physician. Two times I tried to get them to offer a refill on the prescription only to be told I need to start a new visit. Most people with no health insurance use these Telemed apps because they can’t afford health insurance or their doctors visits. I am highly disappointed in the aftercare that I’ve received. I now have to figure out how to afford care for same issue. I certainly will not be using call on Doc app ever again. I suggest no one use this app ever!
