I paid for an annual subscription once I created my business card and saved it to my wallet all of my information was deleted. When I opened the app to update some of my information everything was gone and I was prompted for payment again.
Not what you think it is

You have to manually write the contacts as they come in from the app. It doesnโt let you auto add the contacts into your phone which is a HUGE misstep of the feature and is false advertising.
Incredibly expensive - and you have to pay to add to Apple wallet
