My primary care is no where to be seen so I can’t send her any messages!!!

All these companies are going to my chart because it is easier for them. I stay locked out of this tool more than any other. Pretty much count on it not working when u see it.

Seems to be a very unreliable app that is unable to get all the data. Wish my provider did not switch to MyMemorialHermann.

I wish it was possible to give MyMemorialHermann zero stars. MyMemorialHermann doesn’t allow me to request prescription refills, or make an appointment for a follow up that meds to be more than a month out. Also, if you send a message to your doctor the message either doesn’t go through or you don’t hear back from the doctor. The “Everyday Well App” was much better.

My husband sent a message a week ago to get his labs for his visit with his PCP in League City. Received no response. Left a message with the doctors medical assistant. Again no response. You cannot see if the message has been read as you could in the old system. This is bad patient care

The migration to this system caused missing patient information. So far the medical team aren’t very helpful in resolving this issue.

I am disappointed in the new app. For weeks, I have not been able to message my doctor. I went to the Dr. office in person and they referred me to onsite tech for help. The on-site tech said they were aware of the issue and did not know when it would be resolved. She referred me to the 222-CARE number which didn’t work because she forgot to give me the zip code. When I finally tracked down the full phone number, the telephone rep said they already knew it was a problem and didn’t know how or when it would be resolved. She was very dismissive. Overall , MyMemorialHermann experience had been very poor.

This new app that replaces EverydayWell is so useless. Half the time I can’t even log in and when I finally am able to enter it won’t load any of the tabs I click on. It also didn’t transfer any of my old medical info. I wish I could give it zero stars.

I have used everyday well for over six years and liked how I could message my doctor and get a response back the same day. With this new applications I sent a note and it will take 48 hours for a response. Why did you change the service? Not happy.

Cannot find how to change insurance information. The other app was easy, this, not so much. To change an app just for the sake of change is not always a good thing.

Trying to get anything done with memorial Hermann seems to take twice as long as anything else.

None of my info transferred from the Everyday Well app to this one. I can no longer send my doctor messages or see any past labs, etc.

MyMemorialHermann is a big mess. It won’t allow me to send a message to my doctors nor does it show all my medications.

MyMemorialHermann is pretty good except for the fact that you cannot get imaging orders to come through so the patient can actually print them up and take them with them to the appointment.
I just spent two hours on the telephone with one of the support staff at my doctors office trying to figure out how to find imaging orders in MyMemorialHermann .
She even got the manual out and we still couldn’t figure it out. She had to print them up in her office and fax them to the facility where my imaging will be taking place. It would’ve been nice if Memorial Hermann had email that was HIPAA compliant then she could have emailed them to me.

Cannot search for doctors or specialists via app.

MyMemorialHermann is very good except I can’t find where to send a message to my doctor.

Great Doctors, genuine care, non cookie cutter, best care around.

I like having my appointment, doctor notes, and results at my fingertips. Wish I had this years ago.

It’s so much easier to use. You can see your appointments, medications, documents, all at your fingertips whenever you want. You can also communicate with your doctor, or look for a new doctor if you want!

Great experience…not rocket science!

Great app! Now I feel I can talk to my doctors, the communication is very important, and MyMemorialHermann, you can reach any of them quicker! It’s friendly user, super easy to navigate through it!

As with most things there was a learning curve. Once I figured out how it worked I have been very happy with it. All of my doctors are on it. The only thing I am not happy with is the dental. It is nowhere as good as my own dentist! I do not plan on going back.

I’m really enjoying using the My Memorial Hermann app. It’s incredibly convenient to access all my medical reports and health information in one place. Scheduling appointments and managing prescriptions has never been easier. Highly recommend it!

This updated app is much more user friendly and easy to navigate.

I absolutely love this hospital this is my second home all the nurses were nice every doctor has an amazing personality and very professional every time I went in I got treated I had two STDs and now I’m clean and healthy without these people ill will be sick . im 100% clean and i learned my lesson be safe and use protection ❤️❤️
