No way to set

I downloaded this through the recent free offer. I filled out the beginning steps on my iPhone 10, picking two habits to work on. The next time I tried to open it, the page was too big for the screen. The prompt was How are you feeling today? There were little graphics at the bottom of the screen that I couldn’t access. The screen wouldn’t continue since I couldn’t see the graphics to choose one. The screen will not pinch to be small enough to fit. Nor will it close. I could not find a settings option.
So, I need some help. I put one star for lack of intuitive design. For now I can’t use the app. So… ?
