How to fix Cool app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Cool app on iPhone
Update Cool app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Cool iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Cool on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Cool network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Cool Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Cool not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Cool App
1. On android, goto Settings » Cool » click [Force Stop]

Update Cool to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Cool App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Cool » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Cool.

Fix Cool unable to contact server/ Cool internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Cool » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Cool » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
