Just wanted to try and see if it works as advertised because my mom bought some mums that seem to be dying. But after scanning them PlantIdentifier really didn’t tell me anything that I didn’t already know. Like yeah the leaves are yellowing they could be getting too much water or too little. Make sure they’re getting enough sun blah blah blah. Things I think anyone could have guessed anyway. So I’m not impressed with PlantIdentifier and want to cancel but there’s nowhere in PlantIdentifier to cancel. It just says I’m already a premium subscriber or whatever and there’s no option to cancel!! What a scam.

Not only could I not cancel it, but they charge me for the more expensive subscription. And I can’t see that you get anything more for paying the higher price. It is definitely a scam. Don’t get the free seven days. You will end up paying a lot more than you bargain for.

This is a scam! I tried canceling PlantIdentifier before the trial ended and there’s nowhere on PlantIdentifier to actually cancel before you’re being charged. This is a scam and is ridiculously fraudulent. Sent an email and still haven’t heard anything back.

I tried my seven day. And on the fifth day, I went into cancel and there’s nothing in PlantIdentifier that will allow me to cancel. I had to send an email to the email address that was there and still haven’t heard back. This could be a nightmare

So, I downloaded PlantIdentifier because I had gone camping and I’m growing a garden and need to know if things are helpful or not so I subscribed and then when I went back to cancel I couldn’t! So now I’m stuck with that

This has been a nightmare. I want to cancel my subscription effected November 2, 2024. Have customer’s support contact me . In the meantime I’ll still be looking for the customer support information.

PlantIdentifier is advertised as free but one must agree to a 7-days free trial before you can open it. Not sure if I was to deal with people who cheat from the scratch.

Very disappointed app is not free and not useable only if you agree for the free trial of 7 days ….deleting

PlantIdentifier developers responded to two reviews stating that you can skip the 39.99 monthly subscription but this is a lie. I downloaded PlantIdentifier and was unable to skip because there was no skip option within PlantIdentifier . Please do not falsely advertise a free app, just simply state that there is a 7 day free trail so that users are aware of what is offered prior to downloading your app.

I got PlantIdentifier to help me cure all of my dead plants… but it’s not working, but it does show me what kind of plants they are so that’s fine!! And it is super annoying because there are ads popping up EVERYWHERE!!

I am a first time user and love it. Was concerned about my indoor azalea and Hoya provided easy to read and understand directions on caring for two of my plant babies
If you can afford the subscription, I say definitely go for it
