Too many add ons and lack of information because when I have to go somewhere else why have HugMePhysicalMentalHealth.. if I have a subscription, please cancel it now.

HugMePhysicalMentalHealth doesn’t make any sense. How do I get a test? It says I tested twice at 80 and there’s no way because I’m always high. I don’t even know how to turn it out or turn it off or make a test HugMePhysicalMentalHealth does not make any sense at all.

It does nothing for the price you pay misleads you to think does B/P, O2, and HR . It doesn’t. So has no value to me because wanted to measure all and track them. You have to manually take B/P and O2 and log them into HugMePhysicalMentalHealth . Now I have to figure out how to discontinue the reoccurring charges. Simply lies and scam.

I paid for one year subscription however when I install it’s all manual entries or you have to install multiple application. It’s not worth. Apple Store should restrict this type of apps in a video it was showing capturing blood sugar however in app we have to enter it manually.

It’s suppose to sync with your Apple Watch! It doesn’t appear to do that. When selecting Sync it takes you to HugMePhysicalMentalHealth Store to purchase another app (Sweat) which is also a subscription. I just paid $39 for the year to check my heart rate, which Apple Watch already does. Ripped off!! 🤬

I downloaded HugMePhysicalMentalHealth based upon a promise in at post. It did not do what it said it would do and now I have to figure out how to unsubscribe to both HugMePhysicalMentalHealth and the scanner app that it made me download. The price is ridiculous. I will get trusted equipment.

Don’t waste your money - HugMePhysicalMentalHealth only checks your pulse (like some free apps) and but does NOT check your blood pressure so doesn’t make it “convenient to take your BP” just record it…very misleading.

I did read the reviews before purchasing, and can’t agree with any 5 star. Besides a heart rate (which my watch does) nothing else is included. Blood pressure - but HugMePhysicalMentalHealth . Glucose levels - enter the data from home or hospital. Even the “possible cool Iwatch faces” do not transfer to the watch. It’s the same watch face I already have available.
NOTHING ON HugMePhysicalMentalHealth IS WORTH $39.
Very unsatisfied and canceled 2 days later. I want refund!!!!!!!!

I purchased HugMePhysicalMentalHealth thinking it could do so much more. It doesn’t. My pulse is always 30 beats less on HugMePhysicalMentalHealth vs my watch and manual tracking. I thought it could check BP or O2 and it can’t. Only used as a tracker for documentation purposes. Waste of money!

I used this garbage app to check my heart rate while stiiing still and totally relaxed, first time I had 50 bpm, waited a few seconds and measured again and had 101 bpm. I had not moved. Checked it manually my self and it was as it normally is at 80bpm.

Still new to me but results are nearly the same no matter if I’ve been exercising, at rest, fasting or not (blood sugar). I don’t expect clinical results but it seems like there should be more variation in results

The ad said it was free. Not! The ad said it will check Blood pressure. Not! It asked for age and data, but then made up an age that is nearly half my real age. Then, I cannot find where to adjust my account, including canceling the rip off so I don’t get charged again.

For the amount of money you should be able to enter M/F - not automatically put male with no option to modify. You should be able to enter height and weight. You have to download other apps to get other results. Do not waste your money

The description or impression is different from the actual app; misleading. In addition, HugMePhysicalMentalHealth said a cancelled subscription will be prorated and refunded. I cancelled same day and was not refunded anything yet.

Downloaded HugMePhysicalMentalHealth as it noted it was free to download. After downloading I realized the description was misleading. We also then got an email noting a confirmation of our one year subscription for its premium service. The problem is I did not subscribe to the premium service or any other subscription. I deleted HugMePhysicalMentalHealth but it still notes I have the subscription for another year. What a rip off. We have replied to the confirmation that we didn’t subscribe…but still no indication of resolve.

App is useless and does. It do anything they advertised. I immediately termed my three day trial within 10 minutes yet not even six days later charge me a monthly subscription fee according to other reviews this is a known issue with this developer complete fraud and scam.

HugMePhysicalMentalHealth is not good. Gives different messages from one minute to another. It says it measures blood sugar. It measured my blood sugar once and cannot get it to work again. I paid and download HugMePhysicalMentalHealth less than 2 Weeks ago. I would like a refund because the readings cannot be tested. Example my heart rate measures 76 beats it says my heart age is 49 yrs. 2 mins later I measure again it says my heart age is 69 yrs. I am 67 yrs old.

I was attracted by a promise of blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring. Although there’s no blood sugar monitoring feature, but logging monitoring data from other sources.

I asked for a refund within 20 minutes of purchasing, I got no response.
