Downloaded this app as it noted it was free to download. After downloading I realized the description was misleading. We also then got an email noting a confirmation of our one year subscription for its premium service. The problem is I did not subscribe to the premium service or any other subscription. I deleted the app but it still notes I have the subscription for another year. What a rip off. We have replied to the confirmation that we didn’t subscribe…but still no indication of resolve.

Haven’t been able to check my blood pressure, since the first time when I used the app. Waste of time. Canceling my subscription today!

I purchased this app thinking it could do so much more. It doesn’t. My pulse is always 30 beats less on the app vs my watch and manual tracking. I thought it could check BP or O2 and it can’t. Only used as a tracker for documentation purposes. Waste of money!
