App Deleted My Progress

After the recent update for ‘pawlyglot’, the app deleted all of my progress including my streak and any vocab I had learned. I wasn’t given a warning of these deletions. I was learning 70+ new words a day and now I’m expected to start at zero, which defeats the purpose of an SRS system.
Hoping in the future (if I continue to use the app) it won’t delete progress every time there is a new update…
Great review but uses AI slop 😔

Spaced repetition is a great learning strategy, especially for long-term memory according to sources. However I can‘t get behind the use of AI slop images and the option to pay extra from AI bots. Should be the developers responsibility to either commission accurate information/pictures or purchase information available from humans imo.
The app freezes and just spins

Once I got through the quick tutorial and got to the 7 day free trial page, the app just sits there and spins… it doesn’t let me proceed and won’t let me past the 7 day free trail page???
