Hello, I recently downloaded the Marathon app and am a loyal customer of your gas stations. I appreciate the rewards program you offer. However, I encountered some challenges using the app. I found it difficult to locate the gas pump through the app and had to pay at the cashier instead. Furthermore, the point redemption process was not as convenient as I expected. To enhance the user experience, I suggest implementing features that make it easier to find pumps and streamline the point redemption process, similar to how other gas stations operate. I believe that by investing in these improvements, you can make your app even more convenient and competitive. I look forward to seeing these enhancements and continuing to use Marathon. Thank you for your attention to this matter
Cannot complete profile set up

Continuously receiving a message saying that “Something went wrong, please try again later.”
Has been doing this since last week. I will reach out to their actual Customer Support number today and see if this can be fixed.
Just to be clear this app is definitely not functioning correctly. It is not user-friendly.

If I can’t pay thru app it’s useless, do not recommend. Very confusing user interface and a lot of spam/ads with-in the app.
