I want to start off by saying that we are some of the most understanding people when it comes to going past TAT.
Kai Rae popped up on our Tiktok. We were excited to try out a new DTF vendor. We (initially) saw a lot of good reviews.
We ordered on 7/29 with a 5-10 biz day TAT.
On 8/14 (11 biz days) we emailed to ask if we could pay for faster shipping. We never heard back.
On 8/15, we received a tracking number with UPS 2nd day air.
On 8/17, we noticed the tracking still had not updated. We emailed asking for an update, and then requested to cancel our order since it was now 14 biz days and the things we ordered, were needed by a certain day.
On 8/19, we emailed again stating we would be filing a chargeback if we did not hear back. We also commented on their FB group. We were told our order shipped on 8/17 (2 days AFTER the label was created) and Kristin asked us to email (which we had been doing for 5 days already).
On 8/19, we noticed several comments + Tiktoks being made about this vendor not shipping items, cancelling orders, blocking customers after they order, & expediting shipping for people who go ‘viral’ vs. new customers (which is what we were).
On 8/20, we emailed yet again. We got a refund notification (with absolutely no explanation or effort to make it right). We then noticed that they CANCELLED the label (meaning they never shipped it!). They stated that they requested UPS to bring the package back to them- but if that was what actually happened, UPS would show ‘return to sender’ and not ‘shipment cancelled’ - you can only cancel a shipment if you haven’t shipped the item, this gets you (as a shipper) your money back vs requesting to send the item back to sender. I’m assuming they didn’t want to actually spend the $36 to 2 day ship a package that was past TAT.
We were blocked from their FB page + group on 8/20 as well.
This vendor has done nothing to help us, make it right, and did not even apologize for the mix up or inconvenience. We had to refund several of our customers and have lost money due to this vendor.
We have reported them to the BBB. Please, beware when you’re using this vendor.

Kai Rae is a great company to purchase DTF’s from. They have good Customer service. They response quickly. Their transfers are great quality. Love this company and how it is family owned.
