104 doesn’t work with all station listed on the map and it freezes badly. Such a bad app

App won't let me login with my credentials and when I use, forget the password option, I never receive any mails to reset.

I don't recommend this program to anyone. I don't even care about his rating of its condition. Don't even look at his discount. It's a complete lie, no doubt about it. You can check it later. See for yourself, it's a complete scam.

You don't believe me, I spent two weeks shopping. I thought the discount would accumulate, the money would accumulate, you would accumulate money, collect it for them, not for yourself, and it's impossible to use this money.

104 doesn’t work at all locations listed on the map. Called Customer Service the representative told me to not use it and use something else instead of fixing it. Then I informed him that I wanted to use 104 because they have Love’s truckstop discounts. He kept saying that the problem was from my credit card even though I used it a few minutes before the call. I hope they take care of this issue. They have so much potential for 104. Thanks.

I’ve tried to login to 104 several times. Even tried deleting and reinstalling it. But it keeps giving me an error message after putting my phone number in. And you can find a phone number on 104 to call customer support or at least not before you create an account, which I can not do. Fix the issue and I will try again sometime down the road and give another review then.

Setup my account and nothing works correctly on 104 not even customer support can help me out because 104 is trash

Keeps crashing after I used it once wouldn’t let me use it again waisted time at the pump tried now won’t let log in trying to reset password but it won’t send the link to my email. Tried calling that was no help. Idk why it’s so difficult with Mudflap never had any of these issues

104 doesn’t work, after trying several times to create my account there is no way. He asked me for my personal data and a photo of my ID and nothing works, it won’t let me create the account. It says that my identity cannot be verified and they do not have a support to communicate with.

I have a fleet account with Wed with several cards. My login doesn’t work for 104 and they required biometric/ID verification just to use 104 ?! Nope. I already have an account that works to pay my Wex bill every month. Wex is 20 years behind the rest of the world. Don’t waste your time.

They simply canceled my account, I can't contact them and they don't resolve the issue. I have sent countless emails and they still cannot resolve the issue! That's why I highly recommend their competitor, the (Mudflap) Until they solve my problem I will continue with this review.

After contacting my CC Bank for transaction approval 104 kicked me out and nothing can be done to log back in. Still waiting for customer service reply to my ticket.
Didn't get a chance to even use it.

104 didn’t work. I registered everything, but when I tried to purchase gas, it didn’t work. I called customer service, but they couldn’t find my account.

Piece of junk. Ask for my ID and Facial Biometrics，then cannot past phone number. all the time tell me “something went wrong” tried many times

I drive across a few states every week and 104 really helps me find cheaper diesel on the route. The fuel codes load quickly, payment works fine, and the map is clear. Saved a decent amount already. Would recommend to other drivers.

I have other fuel cards , this is good to have as an option to Greenlane . They more options the better
