I downloaded BudgetBestie with a free trial. The day I downloaded it I decided I didn’t like it. I went back to cancel my free trial and today my credit card was charged the monthly fee and new cancellation date is the 3rd of October. I cancelled with enough time not to be charged so why am I being charged?

I couldnt even create an account with BudgetBestie because the only option was to sign on using my apple account with face id.( currently my face id thing is broken on my phone) so disappointed there wasnt another option

makes no sense to pay for the whole app.

With the new update, I am trying to do my new budget and I can’t type a zero. Really frustrating. Also I can’t edit the income amount I entered.

I love BudgetBestie but when I put in an expense I have to close BudgetBestie and reopen it for it to show. I wish there was a way we could refresh BudgetBestie instead of having to close it out and reopen it.

BudgetBestie is much more visually straightforward and pleasing to the eye than its competitors, which makes it perfect for those with simple budgets. Very user friendly for those new adults in college/leaving college.

While you have to manually log your transactions (as opposed to it connecting to your bank), I think this adds a level of accountability to the purchases you make. Competitor apps always do a poor job of categorizing transactions, anyways! You cannot physically "hold" money in BudgetBestie , but the reminders to log and stuff envelopes put it a step above doing this process with pen and paper.

In short, working with budget bestie requires more discipline and I think that's a good thing. Developing those skills takes time, however, it's up to you whether you're ready to pay for an app that can't ""prevent"" you from being financially irresponsible.(by holding your money or working with your bank). It's still on you to work WITH BudgetBestie and follow your budget.

Few bugs here and there, nothing crazy or app breaking, just be patient.

BudgetBestie is great I have been searching for a budgeting app that lets me budget per check and this is it. The one think I would love to see is a calendar where we can see the whole month and when certain things are due and expecting paychecks! I know this might be way in the future but a estimated paycheck feature would be great where you can enter your hours worked and it will estimate how much your going to make! Overall BudgetBestie has a lot of potential and I can’t wait to see what it done to it in the future😊

I literally luh(love) BudgetBestie so much. It really helps me visualize my dabloons(moneys). It has a very customizable interface, and it was very easy to set up and navigate. As someone who has always wanted to try “cash stuffing” but too lazy to make runs to the bank and actually stuff the cash, it’s everything I ever hoped for. I do wish the free trial was a little longer, but I have been able to decide I like it within the given 3 days. I do think $50 for the full year is a little steep, but I’ll be paying it because I love BudgetBestie so much.
