I downloaded this app with a free trial. The day I downloaded it I decided I didn’t like it. I went back to cancel my free trial and today my credit card was charged the monthly fee and new cancellation date is the 3rd of October. I cancelled with enough time not to be charged so why am I being charged?

I couldnt even create an account with the app because the only option was to sign on using my apple account with face id.( currently my face id thing is broken on my phone) so disappointed there wasnt another option
