Why must I upgrade now? Hasn't it been free for the last four years? All I paid for was Magic Mastering. Now you won't take my credit card to free my episodes from the last four years. Wuzzup?
We've used Buzzsprout for a couple months now, staring with your lowest package, then needing increase to your $80/month package. Then I received an overage charge of $262. Yet, I did not receive a warning of any overage at all. First, why wouldn't I be notified by email? Second, can you help us with this exorbitant charge? We are a very small, Non-profit ministry working with limited funds. Please respond.

Can’t record a podcast with this app

Here I was, all excited to record an episode using the app, only to discover, unless I’m just totally having a moment over here and can’t see where to do that, it isn’t possible. I still have to go sit in front of my computer to record my episodes. While seeing all the stats is nice, and while I love Buzzsprout, I am disappointed. Buzzsprout alone would have 5 stars, but because I can’t record with the app, or even see a way to upload a recording, I’m giving it 3 stars.
It’s okay but not really needed

I can’t really see the point of this app. There’s nothing here that I can’t do more easily via their website even on my phone or tablet. Also items that are more worthless like getting an eCertificate that their robo-server is proud of me for releasing X number of episodes is upfront where it’s not helpful. Why do I care that Buzz’s server is proud of me for releasing episodes? Or getting notifications throughout the day of such?
What we really need, and I have asked for this before, is better reporting on what any given day does. If I could open a day’s window and see where I was listened to on that given day, that would really help me plan my episode attack for my podcast as well as plan any marketing I want to do.
Anyway, the app is okay but I don’t see me using it all that much nor having it take up space on my iPad.
