5 Most reported problems 😔💔
This is the third time this is happened after watching for a certain period app drops connection from the website all that happens is connection fails, and from the app when I go to sign in, drop-down menu says somethings went wrong. We cannot connect you to the app right now. Please fix this.
Cannot connect to streaming service When trying to connect on the web the app says connection failure. My phone says unable to sign in now.
Cannot watch Japan v England

I did not keep this app to watch a load of 2023 replays, I actually want to watch 2024 Japan v England and when I select it, the message says content unavailable. There was a great publicity about the free availablity of this game. I have even tried reloading the app and logging back in. Very disappointing.

Ready to join the app to enjoy all Rugby contents. The Rugby World Cup 2023 is not available. I guess it is not free after all. Very disappointing. Deleting app!
Doesn’t seem to be a working app

Downloaded to my Apple TV. It loads up a lot of content but when you click on anything to play it the app says content not available.
