THE BEST

By far one of the best gym apps i’ve ever used. I love how easy it is to find what ever workout you want to do, but most importantly you are able to see what types of muscle groups you are working out, unlike other gym apps where they don’t give any detail. I also love how easy it is to log your workouts, it’s super simple and fun. Finally the ability to go back and see your total volume and all the muscles that were active, and showing what muscles weren’t. I have been a supporter since day one and forever will be.

By

Great user experience

This is by far the best work out app iv ever used. No subscription no adds you can add friends track your workouts even track weight and you can make goals. I really like how easy Levels is too use and they are constantly making changes for the better very good work.

Amazing!!

I’ve had Levels since beta and it always been great seeing improve day by day. Now that it’s finally out I’ve already been getting some of my friends on it. I would highly recommend for you to download!!

By

This app is the best

Been waiting for this for a bit and already in love with it. I recommend it to everyone from beginners to people who have been lifting their whole lives

By

Great app!

I have used Levels for one of my workouts already and it is so easy to use. I can’t wait for the developers to add support for Samsung so me and my friends can compete!

Can’t wait for what is to come!

By

So far app has been great

My only complaint so far is that i am not able to add my own exercise and have to submit it to be added to their exercises

By

By far the greatest workout app

If you want a app to track everything, I mean everything. This is your app, The team really did well setting Levels up

By

You need this app

This is the best app possible to get if you our serious about lifting. A great way to have a little competition and still grind. Download it you won’t regret it!

By

Looks great!

Levels looks great, but anything to do with adding friends is completely broken right now. Hope it gets fixed soon.

By

Deleting workout

Off launch seems really nice, but I don’t see a button where I can delete a workout.

By

Just downloaded it and it seems like a cool app

5 stars will be using soon

By

Personal Opinion

I personally love Levels based on the fact that I get to display and compete in the gym.

By

Pretty cool

This is the most creative and fun way to keep track of your growth in the gym , just like a video game

By

W app

Only thing I recommend for adding harder badges but Levels just came out so it’s awesome 💪🏼

By

Please add smart watch integration

Levels seems VERY promising. The only barrier to entry is the fact you have to manually track your works outs. I am more than willing to take the extra time but most of my friends are not as hardheaded as me. A simple integration of health app/watch fitness data can automatically track which type you did with only to need to specify muscle group which would be much more user friendly!

By

Levels

this app is an intuitive fitness app that seamlessly integrates workout tracking, social connectivity, and achievement rewards. Its user-friendly interface allows users to monitor their progress with ease, while the added feature of connecting with friends adds a competitive edge and motivation. The achievement system further incentivizes users to push their boundaries, making fitness more engaging and enjoyable.

By

Great app and easy to use!

It times your workout and gives you a detailed summary afterwards. The layout takes a little looking around to get used to but other than that it made my gym routine much easier to follow than the notes app lol.
Customer service is great as well as they helped me with a question through their instagram. That may change over time but for now I give it a full five stars!

By

I absolutely love it

Levels does as advertised and it does it perfectly. It makes tracking lifts and charting your goals in the gym easier, and more enjoyable. Personally it also helped me and my friends be more competitive and push harder even on days where we don’t lift together because of the social features. If you want to start tracking your lifts, this is definitely the place to do it.

By

Very Helpful Devs

Super smooth UI, tons of useful features every lifter needs. The developers are super responsive and eager to improve Levels , I sent them a few movements I thought Levels was missing and they were added by that same time next day no questions asked. I recommend Levels to anyone who wants to add a bit of competition to their lifts or just wants to track their lifts better.

By

Best fitness app

Combining social interaction plus accomplishments into one fitness app has created in my mind the best and most effective fitness app ever. Whether your a casual or spend 8 hr in the gym the way Levels tracks and predicts progress is perfect for you. It also can create a competitive atmosphere to challenge you self and others. The only work one could use to describe Levels is perfect

By

10/10

Right out of the gate Levels is very well put together and simple. They have every workout under the sun and you can add friends and compete with each other. I am very new to the fitness industry and don’t know all of the workouts so I had to look some of them up but other than that almost perfect

By

Great app!

So far Levels itself is great and I’m enjoying the features. The only complaint I have is a bug that changes my profile picture every time I log in. I know that they said bugs were being worked on so I just hope it will be resolved soon. Overall though great app and I’m excited to use it

By

This is a must have if you want an app to plan your workouts

It’s so easy and fun with no ads and no paywalls. Everything’s completely free (for now) and with the way that the trophies and XP work it makes working out fun and motivating. And Levels just came out so there’s gonna be more updates and improvements waiting to come. So yes, download Levels

By

10/10

By far the best fitness app I’ve ever used in terms of user experience, simplicity, and review of fitness journey. Makes comparing and contrasting your journey with other individuals fun and exciting from their gaming perspective on working out and user interaction, would recommend to most fitness enthusiasts and anyone that wants to have a fun challenge with their friends.

By

Great.

Levels is perfect. I have only few questions and ideas. Will be other languages there? I have an idea about adding animation on exercises. Like, you chose do hammer and you see animation or video how to do it or pictures how to do it. I think that will make app better. So, that all, i liked it and will wait new updates!

By

Absolutely amazing

Levels helps so much when tracking sets. The fact that you can see how much total weight you have lifted is awesome. The level system is super cool too and it adds extra motivation to be better than other people. 5/5 stars and I can’t wait for future updates.

By

AMAZING APP

It has great potential for what is to come of fitness logs I believe the achievement system is a great idea to motivate people and being able to add friends to see all your progress is one thing I love most about Levels I will definitely be using it for a very long time.

By

Perfect lifting app

This is the perfect lifting app for tennis and people in college. Moving to college made it rly hard to hold some of my freinds from high school accountable and with this I can. I love the competitiveness in it and the ability to level up. this app is like the Apple Watch app but for meat heads and I LOVE IT! Very solid app.

By

Levels Fitness App

Quite literally one of the best apps i’ve used for the gym. It has motivated me to get up even when i didn’t want to and head to the gym. The excitement I get from just opening Levels amazes me every single time. Thank you this app Fitness App😩🫶🏽.

By

Best workout app by far

"this app" is a game-changer! Levels flawlessly integrates seamlessly into my workout routine. The interface is sleek, user-friendly, and the analytics provided are insightful. this app truly empowers me to take control of my bodybuilding journey. Five stars without a doubt!

By

Amazing app but needs some work

I love Levels, it’s the best fitness app I’ve used yet. However you can’t edit workouts. I entered invalid data and now It says I did 150 reps of 10 pounds. My fault for making the mistake but there should be an edit button, seems anything you put in is locked.

By

Great app just needs some quality of life changes

I’ve loved Levels so far as I’ve been able to refer a couple of friends to get it and being able to see when your working out and an visual overview of what your workouts are actually doing is a great addition. One thing I would love to see in future updates it the ability to move the exercises around on the workout lists and also be able to click on them and see what they work just like when you add it to your list. They are very minor but some quality of life things would improve the flow of Levels . If there are any other things I experience with Levels I will update this review but other than that I’m glad I have a app I can use to track my workouts instead of google sheets :)

By

Good but has minor issues

I’ve got referred to this a few days ago by a buddy of mine. I believe Levels is a great way to track your workouts and it’s cool to add your friends and see when they’re working out. I’ve logged a few workouts so far and I don’t know if it’s only me seeing these issues but sometimes the reps and weights get switched when I review the workout so it shows I did way more reps and that I did low weight. I’m not putting it into the wrong one and it happened for only around 4 exercises in a total of 2 workouts. Also, the pull-ups seem to double my weight even when I put my correct weight but when I review, it shows it doubled which I find tedious to go around this. I would like if you guys could review these issues and find a fix, if possible.

By

Great idea, just needs more features

Love the idea of a social gym app, only problem for me personally is I've always used RepCount to log my workouts and that's what I'm gonna continue to use until more features get added. this app has the basics, but RepCount has so much more with the ability to specify warmups/dropsets, add notes to each set, name workouts, show what weights/reps you previously did, allowing you to log multiple workouts per day, specify what time you started and stopped, etc. Obviously Levels just launched but if those features which I personally find essential in a workout logging app don't get added, Ill have to stick with RepCount for now. Overall I was super hyped for Levels when I saw it on TikTok and I still am but I definitely need some better features before I can start logging my workouts with it.

By

100% the best gym app

I have been following “lvlup” or now officially known as “this app” for awhile now. I originally found out about this amazing app when it was still in beta through a few gym friends. These friends used “lvlup” almost everyday and I got to know it by watching them. I got in touch with Levels creator via instagram and he is the most amazing person ever. I 100% believe that Levels has been well thought through and developed. Personally I do prefer the “lvlup” name over the “this app” name, but, I am over the top excited that it is officially out of beta and can not wait to use it in the gym tomorrow. With all being said, I do 100% recommended using Levels and finding friends to compete with.

By

Amazing Concept

I would have given this 4 stars because of the glitches (being less critical since it did just get released) but the creator is super responsive and the devs seem to be working hard on fixes. Every critical review I saw had a response and the glitches pointed out on TikTok also had responses which is super important. The idea of turning the gym into a game and having a day by day streak including rest days is super motivating and a really good idea. The only glitch I have had is the streak not starting yet but it sounds like there’s a fix for that coming soon. My favorite workout tracker app I’ve found, I’ve already recommended it to people and raved about it :)

By

Amazing Idea

First off the progress tracking in Levels is fantastic. Being able to track progression over time in many different areas is so beneficial to the user. And the concept of friends in Levels is great for accountability and healthy competition. Levels almost turns exercise into a game with attainable trophies for certain feats or goals that encourages the user to reach that next “level” and set new goals. I believe it will also be very lucrative to the personal training industry with the apps large exercise bank and planning pre saved workouts. I have been using regularly since it launched and I can’t wait to see how Levels continues to develop.

By

This is the coolest gym app ever

I have always wanted a gym “hub” app that tracks everything, showd me PR’s etc. I always had to download multiple apps for this and they always ended up deleted because of the nonstop ads or wont stop trying to make me get a subscription. Levels is free, amazingly easy to use, and incredibly reliable and fun. I compete with my friends to get the highest level which motivates me to go to the gym and do more for the extra EXP! I have seen there tiktoks and follow them and so happy it finally came out! PLEASE download to not only show support but also to show the creator that we truly appreciate Levels.

By

Good but needs more features

I really like this app and have recommended it to some friends. I like the social aspect of Levels , but I wish there was some way to see your friends workout/be able to import their workouts/community workouts into your preset workouts. It would make it lot better. Also, it would be nice to able to pull up the previous sessions of an exercise you’re doing. Right now you have to go to your past work outs to find the weights you did, but it would be nice if you could pull up while you’re working out. Otherwise really good!

By

New functions in update

In the future, I would like to be able to view friends’ training programs, exercises and repetitions that were done, and the ability, when entering another user’s profile, to see a list of available trophies and progress (by clicking on each trophy). And I would really like, when you click + to select a trophy on my profile, that the available trophies are shown, or you can put already available trophies at the beginning of the list, followed by trophies that are not yet available

By

Great app

I downloaded this a few days ago and I absolutely love it. The whole concept of tracking your workouts and getting rewarded for it via trophies and “% worked out” if a very interesting touch. It does a great job of motivating you to get all %100 of your body worked out throughout the week. The social aspect of it, adding friends and seeing their workouts, is a great addition to an already impressive app. Though it is in the early stages, Levels is going places and could be one of the best fitness apps in the industry. It really is a great app and I highly suggest you download it.

By

Amazing for an app that just came out

There is literally nothing to hate about Levels I have being using it and only have positive things to say about it. Although it doesn’t have some things I wish it did, For Levels just coming out it has exceeded my expectations. I was tired of just boring apps that log your workouts. Now you can see what muscles you’ve targeted how much you’ve lifted all time, how long you’ve been in the gym, and the best part you can see what your friends are doing. I hope everyone has the same experience as I do.

By

Solid app Needs to be simplified

Levels itself is really cool and interesting being able to see what you’ve done that week and others. But having to start a workout every day and taking notes mid lift is more difficult than necessary I believe. Since you already have the workout designed in app and added we should be able to add that lift to our day at the press of a button and have it logged. Obviously then we would need to input Time weight sets etc but atleast this way people can show as much or as little of their workouts as they want and not need to open their phone in between every set when they’re cracked off pre workout.

By

An Awesome App!

Pros:
- I love that it’s free
- I like that there is a friends system so I can tell my homies they are slacking
- Let’s me plan my workouts, and change them on the fly
- Color scheme is pretty cool, although customization would be cool
- Compete with all your friends
- Metric/Imperial, for world wide use or the traveling users
- Lots of different exercises, weights, body weight, etc.

Cons:
- I understand this is a weight lifting app, but any lifter knows Cardio is just as important, ESPECIALLY athletes. An easy way this could be implemented is just distance and time, it doesn’t have to affect the charts.
- While there is a a feed, I wish there was a leaderboard, All time records between homies
- For beginner lifters using Levels, add a tutorial video or gif showing how to do the exercise properly.
- Adding programs wouldn’t be a terrible idea either

Worries:
- with the implementation of a VIP system in the future, it’s worrisome that many of the amazing features could be pay walled or Levels will be overran with adds

By

Best fitness app

With the addition of a level/xp systems and in-app badges it gives Levels a video game feel to it. I find myself motivated to go to the gym so I can unlock more and more badges and achieve a higher level.

On top of the video game aspect, it also makes it super easy to track what muscles you have trained, with a visual guide to appeal to those who prefer seeing it instead of reading it.

For just releasing Levels has a whole bunch of features and no bugs I have found as of yet.

By

DEVS PLEASE READ !!!!

PLEASE ADD A GROUP FEATURE !!! I have a group of about 20 friends and I don’t see the need to add them all individually when it would be so much easier to have a group network that we can just add members too and see everyone within each group. I figure it would be a fairly easy feature to incorporate up to a certain amount of people, it would be huge for gyms, fraternities, friend groups, you guys need to add this feature.

By

Mostly a good app

The only issue I’ve had so far is that it won’t let me complete a workout that has the same inputs from a previous workout. I’ve been doing rich pianas nightly arm routine which consists of 100 dumbbell skullcrushers and 60 dumbbell hammer curls for 3 sets at the same weight and the issue is that it won’t let me log the same workout more than once with the same numbers plugged in from the previous workout. Kind of a turn off in using Levels . Really hope this gets resolved

By

Would rate higher but severe issue

Levels is nice, and really sophisticated, but there is a killer flaw. It’s impossible to go back and edit a recent workout. My friend and I wanted to see what would happen if we input something crazy, but it just saved it and it totally washed out my results. I went from brand new to level 280 with two diamond trophies. I can’t fix it, either, because my account can’t be deleted as far as I can tell. I also know the only way my review would receive attention is through a critical review, and I will adjust it accordingly should this change occur.

By

Best fitness app out there!

FOR THE CUSTOMER: Do it. Download Levels. I’ve messed around with a lot of fitness apps but none have been this enjoyable to use. Not only does it hold you accountable and make you compete with friends, it has about every workout out there (and they’re still adding so much!). I will be recommending this to everyone I talk to just because it makes working out and tracking your workouts enjoyable!

FOR THE DEVELOPERS:
I love Levels! Thank you so much for making it and continuing to update it (yall better not stop anytime soon!). There’s so much you can do to Levels and I’m all here for it, even if it becomes a subscription app because it is worth it.
One thing, I will say, that would be super fricking cool is being able to share the set workout plans with friends so they can add it to their library workouts! Like workout playlists!!! Just a thought though :)
Thank you guys <3

By

Great app, add a Home Screen widget

Love Levels it’s exactly what I wanted, a way I can work out, keep track, and motivate myself to be consistent. One thing you REALLY should add is a widget. The same way Duolingo has a widget for the home screen. I use it for Duolingo and it has helped me the most with stay on track and consistent. I always cross it and it’s a constant reminder that pushes me to keep going. It’s honestly the only reason I’ve got more than 100 days on that app. That’s why I think it would be great to add for Levels.

By

A Necessity: Helpful and Fun to use

For months, my best friend tried to convince me to use Levels. I had already been hitting the gym consistently for two years at that point. I refused, believing I could manage on my own.

Oh boy was I wrong.

I gave Levels a try, and much to my chagrin, I had been missing entire sections of my body when working out. I decided to make this app a habit, and now I simply do not workout without it.

Not only can I track my PRs, but I can thoroughly ensure that I am working muscles that I intend to. Just recently they added a section for timed workouts which is a blessing. Best of all, I can remember which workout I’m on because I can look back two weeks for my workout history.

My absolute favorite part is the competition against my best friend. I added him using the snazzy friend system, and now he’s under my microscope. That man shan’t forget his leg day anymore.

Alas, I digress. I recommend you give this app a chance. If you don’t like it, delete it. However, after a couple this app and friends, you’ll be looking forward to pulling more weight and producing growth to outpace everyone. Goodluck, don’t skip cardio.

By

Awesome app! Some feedback for the developers

I got Levels recently and I think the idea is genius! Some feedback on features that I and my friends think would be useful:
- adding the ability to create custom exercises that way, if we’re doing cardio or an obscure exercise that doesn’t exist in the catalog, we can still log it
- create an iOS Home Screen widget so we can see which muscles we have and haven’t worked this week without needing to open Levels ! If I’m feeling demotivated, I’ll typically avoid such an app, but if it’s thrown in my face that I’ve worked out everything except abs lately whenever I open my phone, I’ll feel compelled to just get the ab workout done

By

Truly an great app

I have been going to the gym for the last 5 months, and being able to keep track of my friend’s and I’s progress has really kept me motivated to get in the gym daily. The badges earned along the act as a reinforcer in a way. The exercise bank is huge and you can submit new exercises if you don’t see them. Overall this is a great app. I wish it were available on the google play store so i could get some more of my friends on Levels .

By

Bugged Update

I love Levels and use it daily, but today’a update needs fixed asap😅 I am unable to end today’s workout; I tried to end it at the gym on WiFi and on data, I also tried date on the drive home, and data and WiFi once I got home - Levels just instantly crashed when I click end workout, which has never happened before. I’d imagine this will be quickly addressed as a simple bug, but my ocd is through the roof that my workout time is just climbing for no reason

By

Absolutely love this app

My only thing which is really just a improvement of life sort of thing, but if when ever you are in the part of Levels looking at your workout during your working sets. If there was an option in the top right or left to where you can look at your previous sets so you can make sure your improving or progressively overloading. Other than that I love Levels and the new addition of the rest timer. I live on Levels when ever I’m in the gym.

By

Only Two complaints but great app

1. i get that they have a search bar but as a customer id rather they have like a “select which muscle group you worked out” *selects chest* n chest workouts from “most popular” to least and maybe a 2nd tab for calisthenics and videos so when you click the workout it also shows you how it is done (this could be a VIP feature id totally pay for)
2. forgot, its a great app download it because if the devs put it hard word this could be like a bitcoin for the gym side of business

By

App is good but why add pay wall on basic workouts

I started Levels 2 weeks ago and it’s great I can see my progress I can get achievements to motivate me it’s perfect.

I wish Levels also could connect to my health app but maybe in the future.

But recently I had to pay to use the rest timer, which is fine, but then it wanted to me to pay to log in the cardio workout. Why should I have to pay to log in a simple workout like a run? I get if it’s for more things like archery or rock climbing if I have to pay for those, or even adding your own exercise, but for a simple run? It’s stupid i always run a mile before workouts so it’s a pain to have to pay to log in a 20min treadmill run.

The Best Fitness App, Period.

I have been working out for 6 years, and sports training for 10 years, and I have never found an app as easy to use as this one. The development team also goes above and beyond to address concerns and bugs with their community!!! It’s been such a joy to see Levels progress and gain more features throughout the last couple of months and I’m excited for its future!!

If you’re looking for an easy to use app to track your progress, Arrow has everything you need to be the best version of yourself!

By

Love this app

FOR THE CUSTOMER: Given Levels is still very early in its stages, Levels is a gold mine for the gym community. I have already been advertising this to my friends as if I created it due to how long I’ve been waiting for something like this. If you are a long time gamer turned gym rat, you will love this apps creativity at utilizing an xp system and allowing you to unlock multiple different types of trophies.

FOR THE DEVELOPER: PLEASE KEEP UPDATING Levels. I am having so much fun so far and I really need more updates involving content and more unlockables. I think this game would thrive if it stays to a more single player route. Due to it needing an honor system to follow, adding any sort of pvp aspect or even leaderboards would be useless due to the dishonesty of a few. If you guys made this game more intricate in its actual ‘game-like’ style by expanding on the xp and trophy system, I think this would explode.

Nonetheless, thank you for making something so awesome

Awesome app, just missing a few features.

As someone who already consistently works out, Levels is awesome for keeping you motivated and helping you progress in the gym. I’ve just been using the free version and it works great. For any type of lifter, Levels can keep you motivated and make the gym a little more fun. However, it is missing a few features that make it a little annoying to use.

First, once you add exercises to your workout, you cannot reorder them. This can make it a little harder to do some on the fly workouts and makes them a little harder to track. Second, you cannot change your workout time. This does seem like a big deal until you forget to turn your workout off at the end, which i’ve do a few times, which can then affect your workout time stats. Other than these small quality of life things, Levels is awesome.

W app , just a little bug

I've been using this exercise tracking app for over six months, and it has truly been a game-changer for me. Levels is user-friendly, comprehensive, and keeps me motivated by accurately tracking my progress over time.

however , there's one bug that I've noticed which has been a bit of a hassle. When I try to log my workouts on the "Assisted Pull Up/Dips Machine," Levels mistakenly adds the assistance weight to my body weight instead of subtracting it. For instance, if I use 30kg assistance, Levels adds 30kg to my body weight, resulting in an inaccurate and inflated total weight.

Despite this issue, I want to express my thanks to the developers for creating such a great app. I hope this little bug can be resolved in a future update.

Infinite Potential

Devs, please. If you're reading this understand the potential of this incredible app. You truly can take it to the moon with consistent new features and quality of life updates. Please stay motivated lol. I adore Levels. One feature I would reccomend is video demonstration for each exercise with correct form when you view it. I feel this feature would be beneficial for many new gym goers and even intermediates who want to expand their workouts. It definitely would not be super quick implementation but I think your users would enjoy it. I love Levels. Keep up the good work

Been here since the beta

I’ve had Levels since it was first talked about on tiktok and have been using it since the beta. I absolutely still LOVE Levels, it’s so helpful to track my workouts and improve myself off the weight i could previously do. Plus having at LEAST two of your friends on Levels with you is so much fun. I love getting all the trophies I can get including the ones that you have to unlock without knowing what to do. Levels keeps me engaged with the gym and I’ve always been off and on till this came out. Amazing app if I could give this 10 stars I would.

By

Great app to track your workouts and progress

Levels is phenomenally great it tracks your workouts gives you a estimated one rep max from the data you put in, gives you overall stats on where your strengths and weaknesses are at. Tells you what muscle groups the workout you put it like the agonist and antagonist muscle. Now the reasons why I rated it 3 star instead of 4 or 5 there are workouts that don’t target said muscle that the name states, as well when you try to add a friend and redeem that extra VIP access which is super nice. There’s also no stretching workouts that can be logged it’s more weight and machine based, not saying there isn’t workouts that use BW(body weight) it’s just that there isn’t many which is a downside.
