This app is nice, and really sophisticated, but there is a killer flaw. It’s impossible to go back and edit a recent workout. My friend and I wanted to see what would happen if we input something crazy, but it just saved it and it totally washed out my results. I went from brand new to level 280 with two diamond trophies. I can’t fix it, either, because my account can’t be deleted as far as I can tell. I also know the only way my review would receive attention is through a critical review, and I will adjust it accordingly should this change occur.

I started this app 2 weeks ago and it’s great I can see my progress I can get achievements to motivate me it’s perfect.
I wish the app also could connect to my health app but maybe in the future.
But recently I had to pay to use the rest timer, which is fine, but then it wanted to me to pay to log in the cardio workout. Why should I have to pay to log in a simple workout like a run? I get if it’s for more things like archery or rock climbing if I have to pay for those, or even adding your own exercise, but for a simple run? It’s stupid i always run a mile before workouts so it’s a pain to have to pay to log in a 20min treadmill run.

This app is phenomenally great it tracks your workouts gives you a estimated one rep max from the data you put in, gives you overall stats on where your strengths and weaknesses are at. Tells you what muscle groups the workout you put it like the agonist and antagonist muscle. Now the reasons why I rated it 3 star instead of 4 or 5 there are workouts that don’t target said muscle that the name states, as well when you try to add a friend and redeem that extra VIP access which is super nice. There’s also no stretching workouts that can be logged it’s more weight and machine based, not saying there isn’t workouts that use BW(body weight) it’s just that there isn’t many which is a downside.
