May 2024 - Just an update
Iām using an Apple Card reader and seem to have no issue with my Mac reading the SD card. That 2nd to the last update for SleepHQ , in my humble opinion, is when the issue for my imports began.
I can honestly say that both the iOS and iPadOS are no longer working on allowing data to be imported via the SD card. It was working well in the beginning when the apps were first released but no longer. I contacted support and followed instructions even removing the app, hard booting my device and reinstalled the newest version. Still does not work. Too bad. A good idea went wrong.
