Same thing happened to me. It’s says it’s not compatible with the smartcar app or area. I’ve asked for refund. It keeps saying they’ll contact you. Nothing! I wouldn’t mind keeping CarConnectRemotePlaySmart if it worked for my vehicle and location. If you can’t use CarConnectRemotePlaySmart then they need to refund!
Purchased CarConnectRemotePlaySmart and when I opened it , it was nothing like what they advertised in CarConnectRemotePlaySmart Store. Features were simple. Nothing looked like what they were selling in CarConnectRemotePlaySmart , Developers need help.

Apparently it locks or unlocks the car, tells you what’s on the odometer tells you whether you have oil in the car, the car location and whether there’s air in the tires. I’m hoping for an app that connects my phone with my car so that I can use the screen for, a map of some sort. according to CarConnectRemotePlaySmart information there’s nothing like that here.
I’m not paying for an app without knowing that it will work with my vehicle. There’s no way to find out unless you pay.
First off they did not let me see if my vehicle would sync with CarConnectRemotePlaySmart. They did not give any kind of trial. And my vehicle does not work with it. So I was charged $9.99. I have requested a refund and been refused.
I feel that is a scam. I will change my review if I receive a refund. But so far they refuse to give my money back. This is theft and false advertising
CarConnectRemotePlaySmart really brings no added value if you have a car that connects to an app. Any information CarConnectRemotePlaySmart provides I can already find in my Ford Pass app. There’s nothing CarConnectRemotePlaySmart offers except a sleek looking interface which is not worth the subscription fee.
