How to fix VidMate app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the VidMate app on iPhone
Update VidMate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall VidMate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix VidMate on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve VidMate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix VidMate not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent VidMate app issues:

Force Stop the VidMate App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click VidMate app. » click "Force Stop".

Update VidMate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear VidMate App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "VidMate app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch VidMate.

Fix VidMate unable to contact server/ VidMate internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click VidMate » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got VidMate » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch VidMate on android.
