I cannot export an audio Something went wrong with your export

Can't export Dolby On audio files at all. I get the error message: “Sorry, there’s a problem with your export. Something went wrong during sharing.” Then all I can do is press "OK" but I can't figure out how to fix this issue.

Files will not export to any option - fail message for hours now. The only "successful"file upload to to DOLBY for support but I have gotten no support nor can I access the file i uploaded to DOLBY either.

All, I repeat: ALL OTHER export options EXCEPT for export to support, fails. That is, for video and audio, both print: “Sorry, there’s a problem with your export. Something went wrong during sharing.” …followed by only option of pressing OK for acknowledgment.

How to fix Dol app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dol app on iPhone
Update Dol app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dol iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dol on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dol network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Dol Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Dol not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Dol App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dol » click [Force Stop]

Update Dol to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dol App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dol » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dol.

Fix Dol unable to contact server/ Dol internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dol » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dol » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dol
