this is such a horrible company, i opened this card and then 3 days later i find 2 unauthorized charges totaling $88.28 so I call them, could not get through, so I emailed them, no response. i have them kept calling and emailing them NO RESPONSE, then 5 days later i get another unauthorized charge for 13.95. AGAIN, i call and email......nothing. HOW THE HELL DO I GET IN CONTACT WITH SOMEONE
I have a problem just logging in and can't pay my bill. I called the customer service number on the back of the card, "833-923-7356" but it always says the party you are calling is not available, WTH?????
Please close account not interested in paying any annual fees when I applied never stated this

Your application said I have no due payments. I log into the app today and now I have supposedly 10 days late and a $25 charge. This is unacceptable the last time I checked this app there was absolutely no payment due.

The only way to make payments is by submitting bank info and they have to approve it and if you don’t have a banking account there is no other way for you to make payments!

Low credit limits and lots of notifications for payments that are not due. I will be closing my account this week and will pay off the balance
