How to fix Connected app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Connected app on iPhone
Update Connected app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Connected iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Connected app issues:

Force Stop the Connected App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Connected app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Connected to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Connected App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Connected app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Connected.

Fix Connected unable to contact server/ Connected internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Connected » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Connected » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Connected on android.
