How to fix Leaflet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Leaflet app on iPhone
Update Leaflet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Leaflet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Leaflet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Leaflet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Leaflet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Leaflet App
1. On android, goto Settings » Leaflet » click [Force Stop]

Update Leaflet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Leaflet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Leaflet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Leaflet.

Fix Leaflet unable to contact server/ Leaflet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Leaflet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Leaflet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
