How to fix SafePass app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SafePass app on iPhone
Update SafePass app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SafePass iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SafePass on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SafePass network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

SafePass Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix SafePass not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the SafePass App
1. On android, goto Settings » SafePass » click [Force Stop]

Update SafePass to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SafePass App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » SafePass » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart SafePass.

Fix SafePass unable to contact server/ SafePass internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click SafePass » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto SafePass » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SafePass
