As others have already said, this app is almost unusable when running on an iPad. Contacted support and they were no help at all and seemingly do not understand or even recognize the problem. Talked with them about hiding accounts (as was available in the old system) and it seems that cannot happen. As far as I’m concerned, this new system is a huge step back in functionality. Since they said they beta tested the new new system before deployment, how in the heck did they miss these big issues! Now support says the app isn’t supposed to be used on an iPad. They expect users to just use a tablet web browser and the regular TBO website. Sounds like an excuse, as other apps are built to take advantage of the larger screen. Someone is either lazy, lacking in programming skills, or too cheap to create an app that works well for all platforms.

This rollout is nothing short of a messing. Locking people out of their accounts with no notice. Login has been almost impossible and takes forever and the app itself is slow and really not much of an improvement over the previous product.

We have multiple accounts and it is not as easy to navigate this app as the old one. I would like to arrange the accounts in the order i prefer rather than w how you choose to list them. Also as I write this review, the words don’t show up on the screen. I am trusting it is typed correct. Also the transfer button isn’t as easily accessible as it was before. Not a fan. have
