I can’t even get logged on. After filling everything out it keeps telling me I’m not a customer. I’ve been a customer for 30+ years!
Honestly about to switch who i bank with due to how non-user friendly FirstSavingsBankPersonal is. Huge downgrade from previous app.
Face ID to sign in doesn’t work. I have selection that option every time and never saves it.
Had the FSB app years ago and deleted because it was awful and always “improving”. 7 years later I decided to download a bank app to better my budget and for convenience FirstSavingsBankPersonal is still dreadful and still working on “improving.” Great bank, terrible app
90 percent of the time FirstSavingsBankPersonal won’t load. When it does load it doesn’t work.
What is the point of making a new app that creates problems the old one didn’t have?
Old app was so much better and easier
I recd an email notification that my statement was ready for viewing online or from the mobile banking app. There’s no link, button, etc in FirstSavingsBankPersonal to view statements! No way to disable debit cards in the new app. Another reviewer said it was like stepping back in time—totally agree! Wouldn’t give this a single star if I didn’t have to!
I can’t even log into my account without having to jump through 1000 hoops
The biggest one being, you can no longer view any activity that hasn’t happened in the past 90 days. WHY?
App is buggy and force closes on me
Infrastructure changes, yes- but the previous app features worked well. Eg routing/account numbers. Not liking important features missing such as the fact that although my payees in bill pay are there, the recurring payments I had set up for weekly- do not appear to be or they are not not visible. Poor, poor app.
First of all my password didn’t work! The password I sat down and wrote on a post-it note with the banker helping us, I had to make a new one🤦♀️ It’s glitchy and signs me out after having FirstSavingsBankPersonal open for too long, AND there is no access to account and routing numbers. At least reactivate the old app if you aren’t going to include important features on the new one.
FirstSavingsBankPersonal is trash. It’s like the bank president’s 14 y/o son had a school assignment to build an app for “Intro to programming” and they used it to make him feel good after he got a D on the assignment from his teacher.
Go back to the old app, and fire the person/company who made this one.
I really dislike the way the charges are laid out. Each charge should state the balance of the account at that time because processing with this bank on certain transactions takes longer than other banks I have used. We need more detail. The old app was not great but way better than this.
It took some time to get me logged in via online website with the new update by talking to customer service a few times. With my new login credentials I had to make from the update, I can no longer sign into this mobile app using the same credentials. I was told because I tried FirstSavingsBankPersonal first before the online system that I had locked myself out for 24 hours from FirstSavingsBankPersonal . It is past that time, I’m logging in with the same username and password I just recently created, and FirstSavingsBankPersonal says credentials are invalid.
Incredibly frustrating to have a broken app and limited view through the desktop site with this new rollout. Please fix and update right away or fix the login credential system. It’s not syncing up to what is used through the online desktop website.
The old app was great. I’m banking somewhere else because of this update.
Password didn’t work. Literally had it wrote down . After several tries it was too many failed attempts. What a pain.
Why make a new app and not test it. For its launch day all the hoops you have to jump through is not worth it. I’m most likely going to be banking somewhere new. Good job on not thinking ahead
Can’t get into my own account
I love that FirstSavingsBankPersonal now offers free soft pull credit scoring. Simple and easy to use.
I was able to login in the first day it came out. Instructions you sent out saved me time!
Everything I need- just took me a day or so to get used to it. Love the PFM tool!
