What is the point of making a new app that creates problems the old one didn’t have?

First of all my password didn’t work! The password I sat down and wrote on a post-it note with the banker helping us, I had to make a new one🤦♀️ It’s glitchy and signs me out after having the app open for too long, AND there is no access to account and routing numbers. At least reactivate the old app if you aren’t going to include important features on the new one.

Infrastructure changes, yes- but the previous app features worked well. Eg routing/account numbers. Not liking important features missing such as the fact that although my payees in bill pay are there, the recurring payments I had set up for weekly- do not appear to be or they are not not visible. Poor, poor app.
