Ignore most of the 1-star bad reviews. The majority of those individuals are just browsing AudioWriter Store downloading things without ever reading.
I got AudioWriter early while it was free, and although it did have some bugs, the developer has made fixes, which I'm very grateful for.
The power of AudioWriter really lies in its simplicity, especially if you just want to go and bring your own key to do a voice recording on your phone and then quickly have it transcribed with AudioWriter using either some decent provided prompts or custom-defined prompts.
There are some features that I would love, although I do appreciate the minimalistic design and simplicity.
As someone who uses Obsidian, I would like to see some type of integration, or even with Logseq.
To make things even easier, since a deeper integration like that might be complex, I would like to see integrations with Shortcuts at the very least, so you can take Actions For Obsidian, which is an app to run automations.
I would add that new models are now out and supporting the other major ones would be essential in the future.
