Good app to use if your area is prime for orders but my only issue is your payout is 24-48 hrs an on a handful occasion I won’t even receive the payment for doing a order or two . So you will haven’t to go talk to a AI an hope they will help or get a live action person to read your issue and might help you get the payment but it could another few days to wait on top soo they definitely need to get better with the payment part since ppl are independent contractors . Orders are smooth , customer are nice , the store employees definitely help an how can you not enjoy making a few deliveries while making some money but yeah frayt fix the payment payout through branch or pay faster ahaha something most apps give you multiple options

Customer Service: I recently had an encounter with a customer service rep and he was very condescending throughout the chat. No respect for me as a human being, no empathy for my experience, no consideration of the facts and reality of the situation. Poor poor company standing on the backs of lower income people and gig workers working hard to provide for their families.

Service: They try to cap you at $20-25 an hour. There really is no independence in it. It’s a matrix of its own. Pay attention to the algorithms.

App: FRAYTDriver periodically kicks you out. No integration with the previous app, so you can’t see your past pay statements and trips/pickups. I don’t like companies that hide information from people. It shows a lack of integrity.

I hate this new version. I've been getting offers 40 miles+ away from my location versus the ones that I had been getting which are much closer when it was the last version. The technician wasn't any help. I haven't earned any money since this new version, because the offers are too far away for the earnings.

This new Version the notification doesn’t come automatically on my screen looks like pop-up. I have to check orders coming available all the time!! Dannnnn

Frayt app company is garbage they don’t keep you working all year round, they pay the same low pay for each order, they don’t care about or take in consideration what you they driver have to make to keep your transportation system running, and they onboard to many drivers instead realizing how they don’t have enough work and good pay for drivers they already have on the platform the pay is laughable but seriously people have families to take care of and bills to pay and they operate showing they don’t care!

Here are some things I need
Multiple vehicles - I have a box truck, cargo van, and SUV I would love the option to take my cargo van and SUV to make money if that was an option. Like I should be able to toggle between the vehicles to see what's available.
Scores - I need an overall score but I'm not sure what the criteria is based on.

I filled out an application and was denied because I listed one of my vehicles which they say was the wrong vehicle. There should’ve been no reason to do a background check if I was denied for putting the wrong vehicle down yet they still charge you for a background check. They are in the business of collecting fees for background checks, with no intent on approving applications.

The new FRAYT Driver v3 app is so well designed and was made with driver experience at the forefront. We are obsessed with customer experience and this includes the hardworking drivers in our marketplace.

I was delivering for them just fine, then suddenly they want me to upgrade my insurance in order to continue delivering for them. I’m already paying a lot for my premium and now they want me to pay even more without compensating. I tried to argue with the useless support that they hire and they stole my $35 background check fee and deactivated me account. Enjoy my poo poo pics thieves

-2 stars for taking away the package dimensions with this update. 8’ X 8’ X 1” is 5 cubic feet but nobody’s fitting it in a van. Fix it. It’s obviously trying to hide what the merchandise is, but it makes zero sense.

-2 for refusing to deal with the bots infesting the platform. Jobs are gone before they show up on your screen even if you have FRAYTDriver open. You just get alerts for jobs that have already been swiped all day long.

-1 for lack of business. The only jobs come from a freight broker. At least in Baltimore.

+1 for always paying quickly

Consistent work and easy to use app. Customer service is excellent!

They underpay for orders and send you on 25+ mile deliveries that don’t pay even a $1 a mile. They often send you to places where the order has been cancelled multiple times and then say you can’t get attempt pay because you didn’t arrive within 30 minutes. There are better apps out there than this.

Been driving for a couple of years I was told to download the new app and delete the old one. Now I can’t get it to complete the new app and can’t deliver. What’s up?

New app update is still not accurate, mostly the same flaws as the last version. Not being able to see my vehicle on the map makes this version even worse than the last one. Get a refund from the developer…

Overall FRAYT isn’t a bad courier app at all. In south Louisiana there is plenty to do and when paired with other courier apps you can make a decent living. The only downside to FRAYT is out of everything I use… FRAYT hands down has the lowest rates.. FRAYT is pretty much busy work

It’s been over month since activation. No order, no activity nothing. If you do not care about losing $35, you can still take a chance, try and see how it is in your area. So far completely wasting and disappointing experience for me. If anything changes, I will come back and update my review

Frayt app and their customer service is the best company to work for. They pay us very well and treat as like family. I give them A+++++

I need you to give me more loads at San Diego Area

The old app was bad and organized cheaters took most jobs worth taking in good markets(yes me and my family verified this)

Now FRAYTDriver they released here as a solution is even worse. You have to open tabs to see various parts of the load info which is very very dumb design. Dark and hard to read.

Most loads don’t pay enough to turn the keys.

Frayt was good when it started they need a serious get together with thier higher ups to figure out the IT issues and constantly denied cheating allegations.

Can’t click on apply to start onboarding process I have tried deleting and reinstalling several times it’s just stuck at that screen

Some background. I am a seasoned courier contractor with over a decade under my belt. My MVR is clean and I meet all of Frayt’s requirements as a driver. I drive for several MULTI BILLION dollar corporations and companies. I have an impeccable track record and have never had a single issue being approved for work. Let me be clear I DID NOT REACH OUT TO FRAYT. FRAYT REACHED OUT TO ME. They sent me an email stating that I met their criteria and urged me to apply. Because I was told that I met the criteria and they reached out to me, I paid their $40 fee to apply. Mistake noted… I was rejected for my MVR??? 😅 Yeah no. It’s been YEARS since my last infraction and it was petty in nature. I thought it was odd having to pay to apply but now I know why. This company is predatory and purposely using stricter criteria for drivers than the industry standard to disqualify more drivers to collect more fees. I’ll be having my attorneys contact your trash pile of a company to pay damages for wasting my time.

Low pay for high mile/high weight runs. Not worth the trouble honestly, they pay you peanuts and expect you to do the most. The customer support isn’t much help either. The majority of runs that come in are items that require “team lift” they expect you to do it all yourself with no additional pay for equipment or help. The rate per mile is also ridiculous. Better off with literally any other app, or just posting your own business.

It’s very slow when you’re in rural areas .., need to fix that bug or problem …!

Let me be clear, I understand that this may have worked for some people. But this is the first app I have experienced that wanted me to pay a nonrefundable application fee. It stated that it takes 2 weeks for an answer. I received an denial answer about 2 days later with no specific reason. It was a list of possibilities that someone could not be approved. And the first possibility stated not avail in my area. Now most companies will tell you that immediately before proceeding. I made sure I fit all criteria before applying. It’s really pathetic that companies are able to steal peoples money this way. Application fee for people to just deny you anyway is a scam. It’s a lot of companies out here knowing that there are many of us trying to get started or find work. The amount of dishonesty and poor business practice in this country has become ridiculous. Especially when your not even 100 percent sure these companies are based out of the United States any way. I would stay away from any of these apps that initially ask for fees.

In all previous versions, when a match was posted, the addresses (or cities) were included when looking at the match. Now, those parameters are gone, leaving vague pickup location, such as Cincinnati, with no address until the match is accepted, and you could be 20 miles away for a $20 match.
It would be helpful if when the match is offered in the notification the distance to pickup is added. Not only would this help locally, but by chance I get an out-of-area run, and something comes available, I wouldn’t waste time trying to find out how far the pickup is located.

During a time when inflation is up, people need more money they have lowered the rates to the point where it is isn’t even worth it. Easily the worst courier app now by far.

Its been 48 hours and still haven’t been paid for the delivery i did on Friday, no one from support gave me the right answer as to when i will get paid. One said within 48 hours which i didn’t get paid, another one said i have to wait till 3pm and still didn’t get paid. I don’t recommend FRAYTDriver to others, since there’s a chance you won’t get paid and support isn’t very knowledgeable.

Love FRAYTDriver ..just want to know why do I get offers that’s in a whole different city sometimes 35 miles from me

They make you jump thru a TON of hoops and photos during the application process and then the last step is a $40 fee to apply! Shady bait and switch scumbags! Don’t fall for this crap and their fake reviews! They say they have jobs in your area then force you to pay $40 to apply only to find out there’s NO JOBS AT ALL!!! This is fraud! Call your attorney general and report these losers!!!

It was my primary app for cargo van delivery also, big money maker, bonuses, fair rates, great support, but now it’s just a very few orders paying an insulting price, my personal prediction is that it will shut down soon due to lack of customer service,drivers support and extremely greedy policies, I wish to my fellow drivers to find better rates and fair payment somewhere else because FRAYTDriver is gone forever
