It was my primary app for cargo van delivery also, big money maker, bonuses, fair rates, great support, but now it’s just a very few orders paying an insulting price, my personal prediction is that it will shut down soon due to lack of customer service,drivers support and extremely greedy policies, I wish to my fellow drivers to find better rates and fair payment somewhere else because this app is gone forever

Some background. I am a seasoned courier contractor with over a decade under my belt. My MVR is clean and I meet all of Frayt’s requirements as a driver. I drive for several MULTI BILLION dollar corporations and companies. I have an impeccable track record and have never had a single issue being approved for work. Let me be clear I DID NOT REACH OUT TO FRAYT. FRAYT REACHED OUT TO ME. They sent me an email stating that I met their criteria and urged me to apply. Because I was told that I met the criteria and they reached out to me, I paid their $40 fee to apply. Mistake noted… I was rejected for my MVR??? 😅 Yeah no. It’s been YEARS since my last infraction and it was petty in nature. I thought it was odd having to pay to apply but now I know why. This company is predatory and purposely using stricter criteria for drivers than the industry standard to disqualify more drivers to collect more fees. I’ll be having my attorneys contact your trash pile of a company to pay damages for wasting my time.

Customer Service: I recently had an encounter with a customer service rep and he was very condescending throughout the chat. No respect for me as a human being, no empathy for my experience, no consideration of the facts and reality of the situation. Poor poor company standing on the backs of lower income people and gig workers working hard to provide for their families.
Service: They try to cap you at $20-25 an hour. There really is no independence in it. It’s a matrix of its own. Pay attention to the algorithms.
App: The app periodically kicks you out. No integration with the previous app, so you can’t see your past pay statements and trips/pickups. I don’t like companies that hide information from people. It shows a lack of integrity.
