No promotions no nothing this site is as good as watching mercury basketball. You will have a better day using any other app besides this one run away while you can they don’t approve withdraws for days /weeks.

True to the Bally Name. They like to lie, cheat, steal and make sure someone is going bankrupt. Terrible support, misleading promotions. If you have any common sense you’ll go elsewhere. I promise you, there is much, much better.

This sports book will randomly take 3 to 5 days to withdraw money. Not worth it considering DraftKings and Fandual are far superior

Signed up via a commercial for $200 in bonus bets after placing a $50 bet. Your bet has to finish before they award the bonus bets. After my bet was finished and I won, I was suddenly locked out of my account. For 4 straight days, I have been unable to get into my account. Nobody helps. The live chat ppl have given me word for word, the same copied and pasted responses every day. The phone lines say call after 4 pm if you call in the day, then when you call after 4 pm, they say the phone lines are down. Every day. Nobody responds to the support emails either. At this point, I’m contacting the media, the police and my attorney because they have clearly stolen my money.

I thought why not try it out and get my 200 dollar bets after placing a 50 dollar bet . Where do we begin ( I can’t even log on and it just sits at the loading screen ! ) really place a bet and let’s just sit there and say something went wrong . BallyBetSportsbook has so many issues and no one can even help you out . I want my money off of BallyBetSportsbook !!!

Don’t get me wrong betting options are a wide variety but when you withdraw it says “will be approved within 30 minutes” still take “3-5 business days” to deposit in account. Don’t let it mislead you.

I never leave reviews. Customer service don’t help with anything. They will not give you a bonus, they will take your money easily, but then you will struggle to withdraw. After a week and two different times withdrawing the amount I still have not got my money. No help and trash company/app. Go to FanDuel or DraftKings where you’ll get your withdrawal in the same day 👍🏼

Good luck ever trying to withdraw your winnings. It's basically impossible. They only offered the VIP preferred method which won't accept any bank account I try and use. What is the point of betting when you can't receive your winnings? This Sportsbook is a scam. I've already filed a complaint with my states casino control commission. Stay as far away as possible

Easy to deposit, hard to withdraw! It’s been 3 days trying to withdraw some money, no help from customer service! Last thing they told was to use another deposit method to be able to withdraw! Ended up depositing and still haven’t withdraw👎🏻

They will not pay out the bonus bet after you wager then contact live support they will come up with some hidden absurd rule and you won’t get your bonus bets. 5 of my friends experienced the same thing. These people are crooks and STAY AWAY

Stay away! New usher promotion doesn’t work. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Will allow you to deposit but will take you through the ringer to get your money off BallyBetSportsbook . New apps needs a lot of fixing

There should be a class action lawsuit! I have never used a Sportsbook that’s this bad and this deceptive. They don’t let you use bonus bets on parlays to try and limit how much you can win. I have never seen such a thing! 👎👎👎

You can only use the bonus bets for straight bets, no parlays. And it's takes 3-5 business days to receive your winnings but after withdrawing it says it'll arrive in 30 minutes.

This awful company requires tons of information and then never reviews it. They have asked me for my full social security number, have told me lies and I think it’s a complete identity theft scam that needs investigated.

BUYER BEWARE Used a debit card to withdraw my funds and it has been over a week now and they still haven’t sent my winnings to my account it’s only $300 use fanduel ESPN or draftking BallyBetSportsbook is garbage!!!

Tried to get a bonus when I signed up; claimed I wasn’t a new customer so no bonus. Lousy interface, and odds match BetRivers…so what’s the point?

This has gotta be the worst Sportsbook app available in Colorado. Don’t put your money in, it’s impossible to get out. Just stick to the better books and ignore this one.

It’s been 3.5 days and I’ve yet to receive my money. They’re customer service is so bad you’ll be waiting for an hour at most. It’s easy to deposit but so hard to withdrawal.

The overall app is fine. It’s similar to all the other betting apps but this one takes forever to withdraw your winnings. I put in for a withdrawal straight to my card I used to deposit on a Tuesday night and as of Friday I still haven’t received it. That’s excessive wait time to put money back on my card. All of the other apps are almost instant and the ones that aren’t, it only takes a few hours at most. I don’t recommend BallyBetSportsbook if you have hope you’ll actually receive your winnings.

For starts where do I begin let see app can be a lot better especially showing the games live when they offer to play the video of the game that’s going on there’s always some kind of Arno matter which sport why give an option to watch the game then say can’t watch. Withdrawal process is horrible it should be easier and quicker for customers to take out there money they can collect deposits with no issues but can’t give us our money just like that. Hate having to log in automatically after exiting BallyBetSportsbook with less then a minute should give us more time logged in.

Nothing. There is literally nothing special about BallyBetSportsbook to separate it from the dozen others that we have in Ohio. I cashed in their welcome offer but since then literally no good promos, bonuses, etc. Logging in is annoying because it makes me 2FA to my email (who does that). Only reason it got 2 stars from me is that I made a few hundred off of their welcome offer and withdrawal was smooth. But the good apps have some sort of perk system that keeps you engaged. I give BallyBetSportsbook less than a year in Ohio because I don’t know anyone that uses it.

This is no doubt the most shady Sportsbook I ever used. Support? NONE. Sign up bonus? They don’t make you opt in to red the terms and conditions they just hope you sign up and place your bet without reading them. And then it takes 3-5 business days just to get your money back when you realize how shady they are. Weird how they can take your money instantly but when you want it back it take literal days. BallyBetSportsbook is pure garbage and I definitely will be reporting them

It’s been two days and I’m still waiting on my withdrawal. No response from the email support and the chat in BallyBetSportsbook keep saying give it 48 hours. All these other betting apps give you your money in minutes. Never had a betting app take this long to give me my winnings. I will be filing a complaint, this is ridiculous and I won’t be using this betting platform. Definitely won’t be recommending BallyBetSportsbook to anyone I know!

You will get the bonuses. When they say within 24hrs they mean it but you have to wait 24hrs. I had to contact them and after that I got it. I’m currently waiting to withdrawal. It says 3-5 business days so I assume I’ll get the money after 5 days and will probably have to contact support again. I’m sure I’ll get it but yes everything comes with a deal

BallyBetSportsbook feels like it rushed back to market. Took nearly a week to get support in correcting my verification error. Then, like most new apps not named Fanduel or draftkings, they take your money instantly but takes 3-5 business days to payout the withdrawals. Lastly, they need to fix the odds changes. When a line moves it makes your parlay inactive and you have to go back in to that particular game to delete then re-add the new line.

This was the worst experience I’ve had with any Sportsbook app. They reneged on the 50 for 200 promotion. Found a lame technicality to avoid their end of the deal. Fortunately I won in a couple of subsequent wagers and withdrew my original deposit plus. I definitely will never use BallyBetSportsbook again and would warn anyone who considers using it. Ballys certainly lived up to their horrible reputation and the dissatisfied customers speak volumes.

I use several Sportsbook apps and never have an issue depositing. I called both of my banks and they said the issue is on Bally’s end. I have sent several emails to their customer support with no response. I like trying new apps but I can’t even get started with this one. I even tried my credit card and got the same error. Unfortunately, there is no option for PayPal or Apple Pay either.

I like BallyBetSportsbook, at first it was kind of confusing. My withdrawals are almost instant which is great, I just wish they had more betting options for single game parlays and other bets like for celebrity basketball game etc.

This Sportsbook is extremely easy to use and the interface is very user friendly. If you enjoy sports betting, Bally has everything you need!

Worst bonus of any Sportsbook. Don’t make mistake and make a $50 bet second. You won’t get bonuses. Bonuses must be played 5x before cash out available, but of course I never got the chance since I made a less than $50 bet first 5 minutes before I made my $50 bet. Do not download BallyBetSportsbook.

Ballys sports book deserves a -5 star review as they lie about there promotion, they claim if you wager 50$ you will get 250$ my be losses and they won’t pay out the bonus bets, i strongly recommend you spend your money else we’re as they are greedy and unwilling to work with you. Any other app is 100% better!

Limited betting options when compared to other sites, bets take long to settle, and the live chat team is unprofessional and rude. I can see now why this book has a 1.6/5 rating. Stick with the more professional sites.

There are so many good and reputable sportsbook apps in the states where Ballys app. Dont put a single dime on this sportsbook. You will not get it back. They are super sketchy. Withdrawal is a nightmare. They are not super long for this world. Just stick with the sportsbooks you trust!!!!! Im regretting that i put 1 cent on this sportsbook.

BallyBetSportsbook itself is a typical third rate sportsbook app that has nothing great going for it. However the real red flags showed up when I wanted to withdraw money I was only allowed to withdraw via check, it took them over 60 days and 6 different chats (their customer support phone line is not real, and is not active) asking for them to send the money.

The customer support chat continued to say over and over, no check was ever sent or requested. (Only got it sent to me when I showed them screenshots from 30 days prior of them confirming the check was mailed)

I downloaded BallyBetSportsbook for the promotion but even that is not worth it. DO NOT USE!!!

I wish I’d read these reviews before I opened an account because this company is truly awful. I’m currently on day 5 of trying to withdraw money. They keep inventing new excuses for why it’s taking so long. That seems to be a theme with every review. I’ve never had this problem with any other betting app. I suggest you use ANY other betting app.

Worst sports betting site ever!!! Do yourself a favor & don’t waste your time!I’ve logged in and got email saying I successfully logged in and then when I’m on BallyBetSportsbook it says I need to login again I repeated this process 25 times with no luck. I’ve tried to call customer service and they keep referring me to a live chat, which is horrible. Says I was the first person in line and I waited five minutes and didn’t get a response. BallyBetSportsbook is absolutely the worst app I’ve ever been on, and I have to go to the website to login which is ridiculous. I would go somewhere else.

I had made bets for the National Champion for NCAA men’s half way through the season and I logged in today and when I check my bets, it says log in. I log in, and it doesn’t do anything. It appears that I have lost all my bets in my account. I’m absolutely shocked. I used to be on the poker hall of fame at the Gates casino in Black Hawk for breaking the largest poker championship in Colorado history and this is what I get in return??? Cheaters and I will never play BallyBetSportsbook again as it’s taken my money and scammed me.

This has got to be one of the worst apps out for betting. First you won’t let me turn off the TFA. Even though you have an option to turn it on and when you leave it unchecked it still acts as if it’s checked. And now all of a sudden, this latest update won’t even let me log in. Oh, it says it’s logging in and has accepted my face id but still doesn’t show my balance. Only the login/join buttons. I even canceled out of the facial recognition so I can type in my username/password. Guess what??? Still acts like it’s logged in and sends me the email saying I’m logged in but I’M NOT LOGGED IN!!! At this point, I just want the money that’s in my balance so I can get rid of BallyBetSportsbook.

On their new customer promotion. In the initial advertising, you see, Register - Deposit - Place $50+ Wager, then I’ll get $150 in Bonus. Hidden deeper text, the wager must be minimum-120 odds. They are just a company, like most others, looking to dupe you out of your money when they can. America would be a much better place, if consumers would notice what companies don’t treat them with 100% respect, and STOP doing business with them. We all can have some self control.

After BallyBetSportsbook update last week, I can no longer sign in. I get the email notification that I’ve been logged in but whenever I try to place a wager, it says I’m not signed in and it’s not showing my balance either.. App is pretty much useless. if you have a computer, I would suggest going on the website and signing in there because as of now it’s still doesn’t work!
