No promotions no nothing this site is as good as watching mercury basketball. You will have a better day using any other app besides this one run away while you can they don’t approve withdraws for days /weeks.

Interface is garbage, odds are worse than what you’ll find on the bigger sports betting apps. Don’t trust what time frame they give you for receiving your withdraw. Personally I won 435 and chose the fastest withdraw option. When I chose to withdraw it told me “within hours.” Over 24 hours later it has not been approved and the support people are telling me it’s going to take at least 48 hours to be approved and another 24-48 before I see the money. Do it for the free bets and take it back to FD and DK like me… if they ever give me my money!

I saw a promotion for free $150 bet if you place a $50 wager as your first wager I made my account added $50 went to put my bet in and was told I had to verify my account and it would take three days, at this point I hadn’t seen anything that stated I have to verify my account to play so at this point I decided to withdraw my $50 and put it on a different Sportsbook, when I withdrew It said it would take a few hours after it gets approved boy was wrong. It takes 48 hours to get approved and then they will take a few hours to send you your money… you have been warned happy betting

I’ve been waiting over a week to withdraw my money from my account. When I try and get a response from customer service it takes me days to hear back from them. It should be this hard to withdraw money from my account. Can say without a doubt this is the worst sports betting app I’ve ever used. Once I get my money out I will never use it again. Save yourself some time, and use fanduel or DraftKings.

Don’t bother. I was going to sign up for the promo (150 bonus bets after first 50) downloaded and signed up then it said my account needed verified. Uploaded the needed documents. Get an email saying your account is ready to go. Try to login, takes me to a page saying your account needs verified. After reading other reviews I’m giving up. Way too many good sportsbooks out there, the bonus bets, which you may not even get, aren’t worth the hassel.

I downloaded BallyBetSportsbook and placed a bet. They said if I bet $50 then they will give me bonus bet but they didn’t. When I contacted them about it they said my first beat didn’t qualify of -120 which they didn’t say in promo. Also, I placed total of 3 bet each worth $50 of which other two are in positive; which are place just second after placing my first bet without it settling in same game with parlay and they say it didn’t meet -120 rule in my first bet

Whatever bonus or promo they try to lure you in with don’t fall for it they will gladly and easily take your money and allow you to deposit and place a bet with no issue at all. God forbid if you win and try to withdraw it is nearly impossible you will jump through circles for weeks trying to contact their terrible support which in the end leads to nothing. Stick to the main sportsbooks DraftKings, FanDuel, Caesars, Fanatics, and even BetRivers are way better and will never give you issues like this.

Been using BallyBetSportsbook for awhile and have had no issues till recent, trying to cash out 1.8k and all of a sudden it’s pending for over a week so I contact customer service and they tell me I need to send them documents to verify it’s me which makes no sense because I’ve been using BallyBetSportsbook for months. Been about another week and not have been contacted. I don’t think I’ll ever get my money back. Don’t use BallyBetSportsbook.

THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT, been hounding them down for my money. DO NOT DOWNLOAD BallyBetSportsbook. I don’t think I will be getting my 1.7k back.

I’m not trying to be mean, but this book is straight up embarrassing. Not only for Bally entertainment (who is currently in bankruptcy court) but also for Kambi for allowing their platform to be on such a trash app. I will never understand how in 2024 a sportsbook will not offer a plethora of ways to deposit. Sure I understand they are probably on the hook for transaction fees charged by their banking clients, but jfc at least have ONE of PayPal, Venmo, or instant bank transfer. ACH echeck does not count as online banking because it’s not online banking. Not to manton they’re so cheap and/or broke that they do not allow parlays on any free bets you accrue from the welcome offer. You could make a few bucks from this but there’s also the annoyance of having to deal with all the garbage that comes with it. Please just use a reputable sportsbook with fair odds instead of whatever this is.

They will not give you the 150$ in bonus bets as advertised due to conditions they don’t immediately show you, your 25$ first wager has to be on a -120 odds bet or higher or you are disqualified. Customer service will put you in a queue that resets every time you switch to a different app. I waited in “position 1 in the chat queue” for 45 whole minutes and was not helped. I had a 25$ winning parley with +200 odds that was not paid out to me despite the customer service telling me they manually settled it and to end the chat session to check. Both legs graded as WON, parley says settled, winnings paid out? None. It says 1-5 days required for payouts on their website. It is insanely easy to deposit money but the moment you try to withdraw they want your birth certificate, SSN, address, keys to the mansion. This sportsbook is not worth your time, do yourself a favor and make an account just to request it be permanently closed so you don’t accidentally donate money to this garbage scam owned by a hedge fund in bankruptcy court.

Got scammed into downloading this scam app due to an advertisement I saw. Even though I was skeptical about it I still did. Completed every step of the process everything was going well and as soon as I made my deposit and the money was withdrawn from my account I was logged out with a notification that my account had been suspended and this is all just within a few seconds of my deposit …I proceeded to contact customer service only to be given a run around that the operations team would contact me in a few hours which to this day they still haven’t mind you it’s not through phone you can contact these people it’s through an online chat feature where you have to wait in line just to be given a run around I have also sent 5 emails to customer support and none have been answered ….PLEASE I ADVICE STAY AWAY FROM BallyBetSportsbook! You’re better off joining more established books such as DraftKings BetMGM or even FanDuel ….i have dealt with terrible Sportsbook apps in my career and this one is hands down the worse an absolute SCAM !!!!!!

While easy to use. They hide everything that is important for bonus bet opportunities deep in the terms. Read every word. There are also conflicting terms within. For example. Bonus bet qualifications must be at -300 or higher to receive your bonus bets. They also then go on to say with this specific bonus bet opportunity your initial bet must be at -120 or higher. I was then unable to deposit anymore money after I failed the first time for the remainder of the timeframe to get that bonus.

I normally don’t leave reviews but my experience was so bad I had too. Let me clarify by stating I work for a Sportsbook and understand the ins and outs of the business. It took me over a week to get my withdrawal after reaching out 5 times. They rejected my withdrawal for no reason twice. Terrible platform and the house rules are awful. They were not ready for launch. Take your money elsewhere.

I deposit and wagered 50$ and won 211$. They only let me do an e check for some reason but whatever i put in my routing and account number and my withdrawal says processed but no money has been added to my account? This book is a scam, they will gladly let you deposit no questions asked but after that you aren’t gonna see that money again. This is the 3rd time I’ve been waiting over 3 days for someone at Bally Bet to do something. First time, I asked for a withdrawal via PayPal. 5 days later I hadn’t received it so I reached out to ask what was going on. Just to be told, “sorry we’re working on it.” Then, I wake up the next day and my account is closed. So I once again reach out. I’m told I have to submit verification documents. Not one time in that 5 day wait period was I contacted in any way to submit verification documents. So I submit the documents. AGAIN, over 3 days later after I submit the documents I reach out AGAIN to ask why my account is still closed? Just to be told “sorry, we’re working on it.” Then my account gets reopened after they finally review documents I sent over 3 days ago. So I put in another withdrawal via PayPal. Well here we are over 3 days later AGAIN and I haven’t been sent my money.

Message to everyone: DO NOT use this sportsbook. Terrible customer service. I don’t even know if I’m going to get paid the money I won. Really hope I don’t have to get lawyers involved. This is pathetic in todays age. This company shouldn’t even be in business. So stop giving them your business.

After BallyBetSportsbook update last week, I can no longer sign in. I get the email notification that I’ve been logged in but whenever I try to place a wager, it says I’m not signed in and it’s not showing my balance either.. App is pretty much useless. if you have a computer, I would suggest going on the website and signing in there because as of now it’s still doesn’t work!

On their new customer promotion. In the initial advertising, you see, Register - Deposit - Place $50+ Wager, then I’ll get $150 in Bonus. Hidden deeper text, the wager must be minimum-120 odds. They are just a company, like most others, looking to dupe you out of your money when they can. America would be a much better place, if consumers would notice what companies don’t treat them with 100% respect, and STOP doing business with them. We all can have some self control.

Launched BallyBetSportsbook for use in my state 5 days ago (in MA) and still can’t even place bets because BallyBetSportsbook doesn’t work, so now my initial deposit funds are currently tied up in my account with no end to BallyBetSportsbook issues in sight.

Contacted customer support for a refund, and will now be receiving one - in the next 24-48hrs…..

So now my money will have been tied up for a week, and god only knows if I’ll ACTUALLY even receive my refund in a couple of days like they claim…………………

They let me deposit money I had at Jen point 400$ on my account from wins and after over a month long they still won’t let me withdrawl and money I win so I ended up losing all my money because they refuse to let me withdrawl anything I’ve even contacted them via live chat many times and emailed them and still nothing has happened! I had made bets for the National Champion for NCAA men’s half way through the season and I logged in today and when I check my bets, it says log in. I log in, and it doesn’t do anything. It appears that I have lost all my bets in my account. I’m absolutely shocked. I used to be on the poker hall of fame at the Gates casino in Black Hawk for breaking the largest poker championship in Colorado history and this is what I get in return??? Cheaters and I will never play BallyBetSportsbook again as it’s taken my money and scammed me.

BallyBetSportsbook has false advertising on the welcome bonus! You’d better read the fine print because it’s the only app this is not clear about the welcome bonus. Just so everyone knows, make sure your first best for $25 is -120 or greater on odds. You know why, because there are thousands of apps to choose from now. You’ll never retain a customer operating this way, especially when the other apps are willing to be understanding and forgiving. Good luck with your success. I can guarantee failure if you don’t make changes. You’ll be swallowed up by Draft Kings and FanDuel.

So I signed up for Bally Bets. They were offering the $150 in bonus bets with a $15 dollar deposit. So I do the $15 deposit and it says you will get the $150 in 24 hours. So I wait the 24 hours and I don’t get it. I try doing the live chat with their customer service but every time I tried their queue was so backed up it barely moved. So I emailed them on 9/9 regarding it. No answer for days. Get an email stating they are looking into the issue. Almost 2 weeks go by before they respond (9/24) saying that the free bets were placed into my account on 9/13 but they expired on 9/20. How was I supposed to know they were there? I also don’t see a history of them being in my account. It’s either a scam or they are just so bad at their jobs and don’t care.

I put in a bet for 25 dollars on a -130 bet. I then waited for my bonus and after a day of waiting from support they said I couldn’t get the bonus if the odds were higher the -120. So I put another 25 in and bet on a random match with +150 odds. Lost because it was cricket and then they still told me I can’t have the bonus since it wasn’t my first bet. I tried to get in contact and they told me to kick rocks when I did. Very unprofessional and honestly I hope they lose customers since multiple people have similar issues and complaints. If they helped me out and gave me the bonus I’d have a higher review but the interface is kinda bad too you can’t see any stats times or how close you are to player props. 0/10 Sportsbook half due to owners.

I use all betting apps and gave this one a shot for their $25 to win $150 free bet promo. I bet a game at -139 odds. Won the bet on a $75 wager. The promo wasn’t going on at the time so I tried again now that it’s showing valid. It’s still saying in my homepage qualify and bet. I bet a game at -110 odds for $25. I lose. I’m waiting and the queue takes over an hour for 4 people ahead of me. The rep mentions my old wager and says since I already placed one bet I don’t qualify even though it’s being offered to me still. Come to find out after scrolling through pages of details one line mentions -120 odds. It doesn’t say that in the promo details unless you go down over halfway. You also get offered it on your homepage. It’s a scam and terrible customer service. DO NOT USE THIS TRASH

Do yourself a favor and don’t ever use this sportsbook. I’ve used about all of the sports books out there and this is easily the worst one and it’s not even close. Most sports books will process your withdrawal request either right away or at worst the next day. I’m going on 5 days and my withdrawal still is sitting as pending. Tried to contact customer service and after waiting in a chat queue for over two hours I was simply told there was nothing they could do. I also sent multiple emails to their help team which they claim they respond to within 24 hours and neither has been answered. Starting to wonder if I’ll ever get my money or if this is a scam. Currently considering taking legal action against this joke of an organization

They make you think that it's as simple as betting your first $25 and then you receive $150 in bonus bets (like the majority of all the other major sports books). I, like several others, thought that was the case, but it most certainly is not. If your first bet isn't at league -120 odds, you won't get your first bet. You can try to reach out to the live chat, but they're going to make you sit in a queue for hours and if you swipe out of BallyBetSportsbook for a brief second, it will time you out. I should have read the fine print, but the advertisement is still incredibly misleading. I wouldn't recommend BallyBetSportsbook strictly due to that way they conduct business. I'm sure I'll get some automated response stating they clearly post the requirements and how I can reach out to the live chat for assistance.

So I tried to make a account with them a couple weeks ago and it said I couldn’t be verified so I waited awhile and tried again because they had a good welcome promo when I re downloaded BallyBetSportsbook it let me log in this time and it had a promo on the Home Screen first 25 dollar deposit gets 150 in bonus bets so I clicked on it made the deposit and placed the bet I waited 24hrs after the bet settled still no bonus bets so I contacted customer support which was next to impossible on the live chat feature so I found their email and they tried to tell me because I made the account 29 days ago that I wasn’t eligible for the bonus which is absurd considering it was their fault I had to wait and why would the promo still be on my Home Screen and let me click on it if I was no longer eligible 🤦🏻‍♂️ SCAMMERS

The experience I have had with Bally has been abysmal. Initially it was good. I’m an avid gambler and when shopping for lines I would often find myself at Bally because they have good lines. After winning some money my account was limited. They would no longer approve my full wagers, but only a portion of the wagers I would attempt to place. Once this happened I have been trying to withdraw my money for weeks now (using the same payment method they would gladly accept for my deposits) and they would deny it repeatedly. During this promise I went from limited, to them completely closing my account and no longer accepting my wagers all together. I still haven’t been able to withdraw my money and no one from what they claim to be 24 hour support has answered my multiple emails in 72 hours. Close my account, fine. But just let me have my money back.

BallyBetSportsbook is horrible. They make you verify your account 2-3 times when you first make an account. But once you deposit money they WILL lock your entire account and will not let you withdraw until you verify ONCE AGAIN! You won’t be able to place bets , withdraw NOTHING after you made your first deposit. NOTE it takes 7-10 days for them to verify a single account as there live customer reps cannot verify accounts. REPS are completely useless on BallyBetSportsbook . BallyBetSportsbook is literally a complete joke ! I’m going back to draft kings. At least they won’t lock my account for no reason even when I verified my account many times . Also even changing a phone number takes 7-10 days. Everything is through there email system there CSR don’t do anything. Complete waste of time.

I really tried many times to give BallyBetSportsbook a chance but their customer service is horrible. First of all their chat queues takes absolutely way too long and glitches very frequently. I spent so much time talking and trying to reason with the manager and representatives but they treat their new customers terrible. Basically when I got BallyBetSportsbook I immediately made a bet for $25 of -127 odds, WHICH WAS A GLITCH IN THEIR TERRIBLE APP THAT I EXPLAINED MULTIPLE TIMES, but they didn’t care. When I placed the bet I saw -120 on my phone and I was 100% sure of that. My first support call, the representative, Emily, made it seem like I could just place another one and it’d be fine. So I went and placed a -118 bet, come to find out they only allow it for the first bet only and because their app glitched on me I’m not screwed out of $150 in bonus bets. I’ve never been more dissatisfied with an app and it’s customer service in my life and I wasted so much time on something that was their fault. Please don’t ever use BallyBetSportsbook and if you do just know if there’s any issues, you will be the one left to deal with the consequences, no forgiveness whatsoever.

Ok so now that I came to leave a review of BallyBetSportsbook I’ve figured out that there’s a common theme. So like many others I joined BallyBetSportsbook for what was supposed to be a “fun” introductory promo of bet $25 get $150 in bonus bets. I placed my bet, bet lost, no bonus bets. Contacted live support which took an hour in the queue before I talked with someone. He said that per terms and conditions I didn’t qualify because my odds were -127 and they needed to be -120! I did read thru the terms and conditions but didn’t go down far enough(which is way to far down). Here’s my final thoughts, you are a relatively new book in Indiana trying to promote your business in a state with 20 other Sportsbook(who also do promos and don’t make them over complicated) and you want to blatantly screw people out of a what’s supposed to be fun intro promo to get customers over on your platform? They know there’s a problem because there is 1000 other people talking negatively about this exact promo! If you know there’s a problem why not be transparent about the promo and not hide it in the 39th chapter of terms and conditions? Seems to me it’s an unethical business practice and a business that already has an extreme edge of taking your money also wants to ruin the “fun come bet with us” promo! I’d say good luck BallyBet but you won’t be around in this state much longer.

Signed up because I saw it became legal in my state. I wanted to take advantage of the promotions that come with that. Basically it was bet $25 and get $150 in bonus bets. Only condition was seemingly I had to wait 24 hours after the bet settled. Fair enough I suppose. Well, 72 hours later, nothing. Impossible to get to customer support. You’ll wait in a queue for hours just to get disconnected and start all over again. Withdrew what I had in my account and moved on. Keep the free bets I don’t want to use your garbage product anyways. Don’t advertise things you can’t promise.

I can easily name a list of which sports books I WOULD recommend before BallyBets for Ohio bettors. Fanduel, DraftKings, BetMGM, Bet365, Fanatics, Hard Rock, Caesar’s, Tipico, ESPN Bet) Basically use any of these books or any other book before even thinking of downloading BallyBets. My account was initially blocked for a phone number change that’s turned into 2 weeks of no communication from Bally’s “Operation team”. Every other book verified me within a 2 day timeframe. Yet BallyBets has not, this is a bookie not a Sportsbook and they will do whatever is necessary to upkeep their shady practices. I look forward to the day there is a class action lawsuit on this book, maybe when that day comes I’ll get my HARD EARNED money out of my account.

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT USE BallyBetSportsbook!! Everything this bad reviews are saying is true. Deposited money via pay pal. Made some bets. Won some money. Next day my account is being temporarily disabled so they can verify my account with certain documentation. I send in the required documents. Radio silence for multiple days. I send a reply email asking how long it takes. I get an email back that my account has been permanently closed due to articles 10.1 of terms and conditions. Which basically is saying they can close any account at any time with any reason. I use all the betting apps and this has never happened. I wish I took in what these reviews were saying and not used it at all!! Absolutely horrible and it seems very suspicious to me too!!!! Worst part is they have copies of these documents!

I used this for the first time due to the advertising of the promo of bet 25$ get $150. I bet it on the only game going on after I signed up, and lost. The team I chose was a -134 favorite, and lost in an upset. I wait for my $150 free bets, they don’t come. It took 3 days and about 6 hours dedicated to getting into the chat queue and actually getting connected because my phone finally didn’t time out ( I emailed and called and could not get a response). I finally get someone who tells me the fine print says “the bet must be at least -125, and that they’d gladly give me the $150 in free bet promotion……. If I placed another $25 bet, let it settle, then try to reach back out again… within 24 hours, and also reminded me to keep in mind this is just a goodwill gesture… lol, no thanks. I’ve had other betting apps give me free bets for glitches in their system, or their system being down, but this one you apparently need to read all the terms and conditions before you do anything.. oh and you gotta keep putting up that sweet sweet cash of course. I think I’ll just stick with BetMGM and Fanatics. Not a good impression on the first interaction with BallyBetSportsbook and customer service.

I bet 50 dollars on a parlay which I chose to Cashout after hitting my first leg thinking since I completed my bet I would get my 3 bonus bets after the bet was finished. I spoke to a representative after my bet was finalized asking for my bonus bets at which point I was told that because I cashed out the bonus bets were voided. I wasn’t given anything and told I should have read the terms and conditions which were an entire page long. everyone I know who were expecting bonus bets were screwed based on not fulfilling the criteria. this sports betting app will fail miserably in mass after using deceptive practices to get new customers.

True to the Bally Name. They like to lie, cheat, steal and make sure someone is going bankrupt. Terrible support, misleading promotions. If you have any common sense you’ll go elsewhere. I promise you, there is much, much better.

This has got to be one of the worst apps out for betting. First you won’t let me turn off the TFA. Even though you have an option to turn it on and when you leave it unchecked it still acts as if it’s checked. And now all of a sudden, this latest update won’t even let me log in. Oh, it says it’s logging in and has accepted my face id but still doesn’t show my balance. Only the login/join buttons. I even canceled out of the facial recognition so I can type in my username/password. Guess what??? Still acts like it’s logged in and sends me the email saying I’m logged in but I’M NOT LOGGED IN!!! At this point, I just want the money that’s in my balance so I can get rid of BallyBetSportsbook.

Worst sports betting site ever!!! Do yourself a favor & don’t waste your time!I’ve logged in and got email saying I successfully logged in and then when I’m on BallyBetSportsbook it says I need to login again I repeated this process 25 times with no luck. I’ve tried to call customer service and they keep referring me to a live chat, which is horrible. Says I was the first person in line and I waited five minutes and didn’t get a response. BallyBetSportsbook is absolutely the worst app I’ve ever been on, and I have to go to the website to login which is ridiculous. I would go somewhere else.

There should be a class action lawsuit! I have never used a Sportsbook that’s this bad and this deceptive. They don’t let you use bonus bets on parlays to try and limit how much you can win. I have never seen such a thing! 👎👎👎

BUYER BEWARE Used a debit card to withdraw my funds and it has been over a week now and they still haven’t sent my winnings to my account it’s only $300 use fanduel ESPN or draftking BallyBetSportsbook is garbage!!!

This awful company requires tons of information and then never reviews it. They have asked me for my full social security number, have told me lies and I think it’s a complete identity theft scam that needs investigated.

You can only use the bonus bets for straight bets, no parlays. And it's takes 3-5 business days to receive your winnings but after withdrawing it says it'll arrive in 30 minutes.

Stay away! New usher promotion doesn’t work. Customer service is rude and unhelpful. Will allow you to deposit but will take you through the ringer to get your money off BallyBetSportsbook . New apps needs a lot of fixing

I wish I’d read these reviews before I opened an account because this company is truly awful. I’m currently on day 5 of trying to withdraw money. They keep inventing new excuses for why it’s taking so long. That seems to be a theme with every review. I’ve never had this problem with any other betting app. I suggest you use ANY other betting app.

They will not pay out the bonus bet after you wager then contact live support they will come up with some hidden absurd rule and you won’t get your bonus bets. 5 of my friends experienced the same thing. These people are crooks and STAY AWAY

Easy to deposit, hard to withdraw! It’s been 3 days trying to withdraw some money, no help from customer service! Last thing they told was to use another deposit method to be able to withdraw! Ended up depositing and still haven’t withdraw👎🏻

Good luck ever trying to withdraw your winnings. It's basically impossible. They only offered the VIP preferred method which won't accept any bank account I try and use. What is the point of betting when you can't receive your winnings? This Sportsbook is a scam. I've already filed a complaint with my states casino control commission. Stay as far away as possible

I never leave reviews. Customer service don’t help with anything. They will not give you a bonus, they will take your money easily, but then you will struggle to withdraw. After a week and two different times withdrawing the amount I still have not got my money. No help and trash company/app. Go to FanDuel or DraftKings where you’ll get your withdrawal in the same day 👍🏼

Signed up via a commercial for $200 in bonus bets after placing a $50 bet. Your bet has to finish before they award the bonus bets. After my bet was finished and I won, I was suddenly locked out of my account. For 4 straight days, I have been unable to get into my account. Nobody helps. The live chat ppl have given me word for word, the same copied and pasted responses every day. The phone lines say call after 4 pm if you call in the day, then when you call after 4 pm, they say the phone lines are down. Every day. Nobody responds to the support emails either. At this point, I’m contacting the media, the police and my attorney because they have clearly stolen my money.

This sports book will randomly take 3 to 5 days to withdraw money. Not worth it considering DraftKings and Fandual are far superior

The overall app is fine. It’s similar to all the other betting apps but this one takes forever to withdraw your winnings. I put in for a withdrawal straight to my card I used to deposit on a Tuesday night and as of Friday I still haven’t received it. That’s excessive wait time to put money back on my card. All of the other apps are almost instant and the ones that aren’t, it only takes a few hours at most. I don’t recommend BallyBetSportsbook if you have hope you’ll actually receive your winnings.

I have 6 gambling apps that I use regularly and manage two gambling groups. When the promo came out for Bally Sports to play $25 and get $150 in bonus bets, we were thrilled. However, upon using BallyBetSportsbook , you have to wait days and days to receive your winnings. It’s been 3 days now and I still haven’t received an approval email to release my funds. A few others in my groups are having the same issue. Upon reaching out to the online chat help option, All they say is that it’s been submitted for review and to give them time. Us gamblers know time is of the essence. Keeping our winnings prevents us from placing new bets and missing opportunities to make more money. Unacceptable.

Worst bonus of any Sportsbook. Don’t make mistake and make a $50 bet second. You won’t get bonuses. Bonuses must be played 5x before cash out available, but of course I never got the chance since I made a less than $50 bet first 5 minutes before I made my $50 bet. Do not download BallyBetSportsbook.

This is no doubt the most shady Sportsbook I ever used. Support? NONE. Sign up bonus? They don’t make you opt in to red the terms and conditions they just hope you sign up and place your bet without reading them. And then it takes 3-5 business days just to get your money back when you realize how shady they are. Weird how they can take your money instantly but when you want it back it take literal days. BallyBetSportsbook is pure garbage and I definitely will be reporting them

It’s been two days and I’m still waiting on my withdrawal. No response from the email support and the chat in BallyBetSportsbook keep saying give it 48 hours. All these other betting apps give you your money in minutes. Never had a betting app take this long to give me my winnings. I will be filing a complaint, this is ridiculous and I won’t be using this betting platform. Definitely won’t be recommending BallyBetSportsbook to anyone I know!

BallyBetSportsbook itself is a typical third rate sportsbook app that has nothing great going for it. However the real red flags showed up when I wanted to withdraw money I was only allowed to withdraw via check, it took them over 60 days and 6 different chats (their customer support phone line is not real, and is not active) asking for them to send the money.

The customer support chat continued to say over and over, no check was ever sent or requested. (Only got it sent to me when I showed them screenshots from 30 days prior of them confirming the check was mailed)

I downloaded BallyBetSportsbook for the promotion but even that is not worth it. DO NOT USE!!!

There are so many good and reputable sportsbook apps in the states where Ballys app. Dont put a single dime on this sportsbook. You will not get it back. They are super sketchy. Withdrawal is a nightmare. They are not super long for this world. Just stick with the sportsbooks you trust!!!!! Im regretting that i put 1 cent on this sportsbook.

BallyBetSportsbook feels like it rushed back to market. Took nearly a week to get support in correcting my verification error. Then, like most new apps not named Fanduel or draftkings, they take your money instantly but takes 3-5 business days to payout the withdrawals. Lastly, they need to fix the odds changes. When a line moves it makes your parlay inactive and you have to go back in to that particular game to delete then re-add the new line.

This was the worst experience I’ve had with any Sportsbook app. They reneged on the 50 for 200 promotion. Found a lame technicality to avoid their end of the deal. Fortunately I won in a couple of subsequent wagers and withdrew my original deposit plus. I definitely will never use BallyBetSportsbook again and would warn anyone who considers using it. Ballys certainly lived up to their horrible reputation and the dissatisfied customers speak volumes.

I use several Sportsbook apps and never have an issue depositing. I called both of my banks and they said the issue is on Bally’s end. I have sent several emails to their customer support with no response. I like trying new apps but I can’t even get started with this one. I even tried my credit card and got the same error. Unfortunately, there is no option for PayPal or Apple Pay either.

Limited betting options when compared to other sites, bets take long to settle, and the live chat team is unprofessional and rude. I can see now why this book has a 1.6/5 rating. Stick with the more professional sites.

Ballys sports book deserves a -5 star review as they lie about there promotion, they claim if you wager 50$ you will get 250$ my be losses and they won’t pay out the bonus bets, i strongly recommend you spend your money else we’re as they are greedy and unwilling to work with you. Any other app is 100% better!

For starts where do I begin let see app can be a lot better especially showing the games live when they offer to play the video of the game that’s going on there’s always some kind of Arno matter which sport why give an option to watch the game then say can’t watch. Withdrawal process is horrible it should be easier and quicker for customers to take out there money they can collect deposits with no issues but can’t give us our money just like that. Hate having to log in automatically after exiting BallyBetSportsbook with less then a minute should give us more time logged in.

Nothing. There is literally nothing special about BallyBetSportsbook to separate it from the dozen others that we have in Ohio. I cashed in their welcome offer but since then literally no good promos, bonuses, etc. Logging in is annoying because it makes me 2FA to my email (who does that). Only reason it got 2 stars from me is that I made a few hundred off of their welcome offer and withdrawal was smooth. But the good apps have some sort of perk system that keeps you engaged. I give BallyBetSportsbook less than a year in Ohio because I don’t know anyone that uses it.

You will get the bonuses. When they say within 24hrs they mean it but you have to wait 24hrs. I had to contact them and after that I got it. I’m currently waiting to withdrawal. It says 3-5 business days so I assume I’ll get the money after 5 days and will probably have to contact support again. I’m sure I’ll get it but yes everything comes with a deal

This book is just like every main sportsbook. Deposit, get a bonus, win, and cash out. I can login, deposit, and withdrawal no issues. Don’t worry about this book. They are legit. They pay out same day.

Only downside is the bonus bets can only be used on straights. I wish I could parlay them.

If you’re looking for good bonus bets etc maybe this isn’t BallyBetSportsbook for you. But for someone just looking to wager and cash out it’s definitely reliable.

Don’t get me wrong betting options are a wide variety but when you withdraw it says “will be approved within 30 minutes” still take “3-5 business days” to deposit in account. Don’t let it mislead you.

I like BallyBetSportsbook, at first it was kind of confusing. My withdrawals are almost instant which is great, I just wish they had more betting options for single game parlays and other bets like for celebrity basketball game etc.

I DONT understand how other people are giving BallyBetSportsbook a bad review. Other than not offering referral bonuses, I would suggest everyone to get on this.
