Try to use online ordering service. First time experience is terrible. Use an hour to add necessary item to the cart and TTUSA told me that can’t make the payment. Waste my time. Won’t use it anymore

I was trying to place my first order, but the payment kept failing. I also tried reaching out to customer service but couldn't find a good contact number, and the chatbot was completely unhelpful. Very disappointing.

Needs to register a separate US account/member. Nothing to buy here yet. Sometimes buggy and laggy- stuck at opening loading screen forever. Ask for too much personal information. 先处理好你们的大统华牙齿事件再来美国开店吧！

After input an incorrect email, I have no way to change it unless deleting the account. It doesn't make sense because the email hasn't been verified.

After signing up, I immediately received a bunch of scam phone calls and messages!

I’ve only had this for a day. It is pretty simple and easy to use. I was able to create an account easily. Browsing the specials in TTUSA is convenient.
