I purchased the life time plan and everything was working very good for about 3 months and then all of a sudden it stopped working, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and when I hit the start button a little circle comes up and then it goes away so the app never opens so please let me know what’s going on, please fix this problem ASAP!

The app has not worked in almost a week, and can’t be found in the app store. This pisses me off because I paid for a year subscription that does not expire until November. I emailed support three times and have not received a response.

How to fix Magir app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Magir app on iPhone
Update Magir app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Magir iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Magir on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Magir network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Magir Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Magir not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Magir App
1. On android, goto Settings » Magir » click [Force Stop]

Update Magir to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Magir App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Magir » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Magir.

Fix Magir unable to contact server/ Magir internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Magir » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Magir » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Magir
