I sent money to my brother in the Philippines this December 24, 2024 and the ref # that they gave me does not work. I called numerous times and they can’t find the ref number either. My brother has gone to the bank to try to pick up and he could not.

I have connected with 3 people in the Philippines to use RemitlyCircle and all 3 have had difficulty getting connected. Sometimes I need to send money quickly and days of trying too get tech support too fix it doesn't work.

Recently I tried to get support for someone and they told me she needs to call. She called and no one answered the line. She chatted and the first question was to give a transaction reference number. Which she couldn't get because she couldn't log in. So I sent it to her and she shared it and they can't seem to get it.

It's good when it works but it's too often it doesn't work. I sponsor two young women for college and was sending a small amount weekly and it's a good conversion rate and no fees.

I hope it gets easier to use for my sponsees.

1. It failed to show transaction confirmation
2. Unable to add recepients
3. Now, my money is sitting in the account and exchange rate is dropping because of the flaws.
4. One thing good is it’s free!
5. Customer service people are pleasant and patient to frustrated clients like me. I give them 4 stars!!!

I’m using the same card I was using on Remitly but it won’t let me add anything on this when it’s the same exact card,It’s a pain to keep trying to add money and an error pops up and it doesn’t tell me what the error is,Hopefully this gets fixed so I can use RemitlyCircle .

For some reason when I go to login the password works fine and the text comes through and that goes on then back to the Home Screen and then it ask me to do it all over again and that is all I get.

Update: turned out that my VPN is what was causing this.

Just downloaded and used already. This is app is great. If you already have Remitly, it’s so easy to set up. Put in my deposits and Boom! It’s in there already. My wife transferred it to her her accounts so quickly. Also, you can add to the account several times as long as each transaction doesn’t exceed your assigned limit. Will be my number money transfer app from now on!!

They holding public’s money for long time in their remittly account to earn benefit for them , they literally fooling everyone using this new app

It’s so easy to load and transfer money. It’s very fast and I could transfer the money instantly. I highly recommend. Also, the exchange rate to India is more than what other apps offer.

Edit: the issue with our account was fixed so my fiancé can access her money again. Thank you! RemitlyCircle is a great place for savings and for our emergency fund. I do highly recommend it if you have a loved one in the Philippines
