How to fix Posted app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Posted app on iPhone
Update Posted app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Posted iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Posted on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Posted network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Posted Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Posted not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Posted App
1. On android, goto Settings » Posted » click [Force Stop]

Update Posted to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Posted App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Posted » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Posted.

Fix Posted unable to contact server/ Posted internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Posted » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Posted » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
