I have over 100 runs, but now this bug is preventing me from playing

I love this game and would normally give it 5 stars but recently I’ve been having some trouble, such as losing progress and encountering bugs that don’t let me progress. Currently, I can’t progress because it doesn’t let me select a boon (for those who don’t know, this is a game mechanic where you make a choice between buffs and you can’t progress unless you choose) and because of this I literally can’t play the game because every time I start a run it prevents me from progressing. So as of now, the game is unplayable. I’m not sure if it’s because of an update but that’s my current situation. FYI, my game is updated and my phone is updated so I’m not sure what the problem
Update: I contacted support and It didn’t help; it’s very disappointing that this happened because I had over 100 runs and was about to reach the ending, and now my game or save is bugged and I can’t play, I believe the bug is due to the recent update that happened today so yeah 🥲
Well the experience is really bad

The controls are not that great and of course in 12 months this game will cost you 12x19$
I prefer dead cell or the real hades game on my switch
