I was excited for this game to come out and I even preordered it. And the first 4 episodes were great. After that it feels very rushed and there are tons of glitches and majority of those glitches revolve around Scarlett. The wedding scene looks the same no matter which guy you marry but the guy in the picture never really resembles your fiancé, if you choose to be with Scarlett, the girl you marry ends up looking more like Brooke (who doesn’t even like girls) you can only choose to be a female which would normally be fine if the game itself wasn’t so poorly done. And make sure you pick hair and makeup you really like because you don’t get to change it at all. At least you have tons of outfits to choose from. The only accessories you have to choose from are between 5 earrings and that’s it, no necklaces, no shoes.

This game genuinely interests me and I’d love to give a proper review on the gameplay, but I unfortunately can’t thanks to a persistent bug that will pop up at random points in a playthrough asking if you want to load a “previous save” with no option to say no. Clicking yes to get the pop up to go away will wipe all of your character and save data completely. The only way to get it back is to completely restart the game from scratch. I was willing to try again the first and even second time, but to date I’ve gotten this error FIVE times and only gotten to a proposal once before my progress got wiped.

I’ve submitted a bug report for it and was willing to wait for the next bug fix update to pass judgement, and got it again but even quicker than I ever have before. Gameplay wise I’m sure it WOULD be fun but in its present state I can’t recommend this progress purgatory to anyone.

I love the show so I was excited for the game . However between all of the glitches (making me overwrite and restart my game over 6 times in one week or basically in 2 days ) ; having no chapter reset button , you can only go back to the beginning whether you want to or not . Also as much as we are paying Netflix now more customizable MC , you can’t even change your hair but you are stopping ever five seconds to change your clothes , more branching - EVERY single LI says almost exactly the same thing and also your “drama “ should be different if you are following a loyal or not route . I am going to finish playing what I started (Unless it makes me start over AGAIN ). However there is very little re-playability to this game and will NOT be recommending to other and do NOT get a membership just to play this and THTH2 ; not worth it !!!!
